Application Of Automatic Continuous Positive Airway Pressure In Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:To explore the application value of automatic continuous positive airway pressure in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:Select 60 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome diagnosised by Polysomnography in Respiratory Medicine of Shaoyang central hospital from August 2016 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,30 patients treated with automatic continuous positive airway pressure,while the other 30 patients were treated with bi-level airway pressure.All the patients were observed the changes of titration pressure value,doctor's operation time,hospitalization days,respiratory disorder index and blood oxygen saturation before and after 3 days of hospitalizationResults : 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight,respiratory disturbance index and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.60 patients were completed the study.The titration pressure value of 30 patients in automatic continuous positive airway pressure group was(8.32 ±0.82)cmH20,while the bi-level positive airway pressure group was(9.72± 1.35)cmH20,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.86,P < 0.05);The doctor's operate time was(12.0 ±1.83)minutes in automatic continuous positive airway pressure group and(13.17 ±1.64)minutes in bi-level positive airway pressure group.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.59,P < 0.05).the hospitalization time of patients in automatic continuous positive airway pressure group was(4.63± 1.25)days,and the bi-level positive airway pressure group patients was(6.9 ±1.54)days,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =6.27,p < 0.05).3.After 3 days of hospitalization,respiratory disturbance index decreased and blood oxygen saturation increased in both groups,with significant difference compared with that before treatment(p < 0.05).Compared with bi-level positive airway pressure group,The respiratory disturbance index decreased and the blood oxygen saturation increased was more in the automatic continuous positive airway pressure group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion : The application of automatic continuous positive airway pressure in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is easy to tolerated,The operation of doctor were simpler,lower titration pressure value,the patients compliance were better,the respiratory disturbance index decreased and the blood oxygen saturation increased was more,the treatment effect was effective,It is worthy be widely applied in clinic.
