Study On The Indexes System Of Comprehensive Evaluation Of The New-type Rural Cooperative Medical System In China

Objectives: 1) The study was aimed at establishing a scientific feasibility and comprehensive index system which could reflect the performance status of the new-type rural cooperative medical system in order to provide a series of quantified evaluation tool. 2) We verified the rationality, science, stability and reliability of the indexes system of comprehensive evaluation which was established after we tested the reliability, validity and discern capability of the indexes system by using the datum that were from the 43 Pilot Counties of 6 provinces in China in 2005. 3) In the basis of the indexes systems, a practicable evaluation model of the synthetic index method should be established and its efficiency was measured through evaluating some areas of the pilot counties.Theoretic significance: 1) Because the indexes system of present comprehensive evaluation of the rural cooperative medical system could not reach the requirements of the rationalization of the new-type rural cooperative medical system and the standardization of the new-type rural cooperative medical system management,a scientific,efficient and practicable evaluation index system should be established.Then performance effect of the rural cooperative medical system should be evaluated deeply, providing the basic evidence for the standardization and information of the rural cooperative medical management. 2) The comprehensive indexes system of the new-type rural cooperative medical system could synthetically reflect the situation of the performance and management of the cooperative...
