Clinical Research On Cycle Treatment Of Invigorating The Kindney And Promoting Blood Flow In Treating Patients With Barrenness Of Ovulation Failure Diagnosed Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: We investigate the effect and mechanism of cycle treatment ofinvigorating the kindney and promoting blood flow which surve patients with barrenness of ovulation failure diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type.Methods: 60 patients with barrenness of ovulation failure diagnosed deficiencyof kidney and blood stasis type were divided into two groups randomly. The Traditional Medicine combined with westen medicine was given to treatment class including 30 patients. At the same time westen medicine was given control class including 30 patients. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, serum hormones (LH, E₂), ultrasonic examination mucilage of cervix, endometria.Results:1. The cycle ovulation rate in treatment class is 94.44%. It is 66.67% in control class. The rate of ovulation is 69.44% in treatment class. It is 44.44% in control class .The rate of comprehensive ovulation in treatment class is 83.33% , which is much higher than that of control class(P<0. 05). It is 53.33% in control class.
