Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Apoplexy (Cerebral Infarction) With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis In Convalescent Period By Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis

Purpose: Through clinical observation,the clinical effect of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and activating collateral in treating stroke(cerebral infarction)in convalescence(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)was preliminarily evaluated.Method: This study selected 72 patients with stroke(cerebral infarction)convalescence(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria.Divided patients into control group and treatment group with each group of 36 people by using Randomized control method.The control group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets orally.Treatment group: on the basis of oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets,the self-designed prescription of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was given.Clinical trials were conducted at 1 month and follow-up at 6 months.Changes in patients’ NIHSS score and TCM symptom factor diagnostic score in the first month were recorded,and the proportion of patients with BI score greater than or equal to 95,85,75 and mRS score(0-1)and(0-2)in the sixth month were recorded as efficacy observation indicators.Medical statistics was applied to conduct statistical analysis of the data,and to explore the clinical efficacy of the self-made prescription of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and tongluo in the treatment of stroke convalescence(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).Results:1.After 1 month of treatment,Compare NHISS score.The statistical results indicated a significant difference(P<0.05).2.After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the self-designed prescription group was 82.86%,and that of the western medicine group was 62.86%.There was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).3.There were significant differences in the proportion of patients with BI scores ≥75and 85(P<0.05).The self-designed prescription group was better than the western medicine group in improving daily living ability.The proportion of patients with BI score≥95 had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.The proportion of patients with mRS score(0-2)in the two groups was compared,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the self-designed group had more advantages in improving the degree of disability.The proportion of patients with mRS score of 0-1 was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The self-designed prescription of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and toning collateral can improve the symptoms of stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescence,improve the ability of self-care,and improve the neurological function defect,which has significant advantages over the single basic treatment of western medicine.
