Clinic Studies On Acute Pharyngitis Treated By Qingyanlihou Decoction

Acute pharyngitis is equal to and modern medical science pharyngitis.This disease for clinical familiar disease and be taken bad much, not only affect the people's healthy body directly, but also take place a lot of complications easily.The Chinese medicine is curing this disease to have abundant experience and accurate curative effects, especially for solid hot disease of the lung stomach result for obvious.Aim at cause of this disease,with the principle of dissipating heat and detoxifying and dispelling the phlegm and activating the blood ,we unfold this clinical researchin order to research the possibility of curing this disease by using QINGYANLIHOU Decoction.We selected 60 cases of Acute sore throat patients in the department of otolaryngology of the first auxiliary hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December in 2003 and divided them into therapeutic group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.Therapeutic group uses QINGYANLIHOU Decoction,and control group uses cefalexin. The results showed that the therapeutic group of cure rate for 73.33%, show the efficiency as 13.33%,the obviously efficient is 6.67%, total and efficient is 93.33%;control group of cure rate for 56.67%, show the efficiency as 20%, the obviously efficient is 10%, total and efficient is 86.67%.Compared two groups, experiment the curative effect of the set and matched control equal( P>0.05), experiment the total and efficient and better than matched control of the set total and efficient 6.66 percentage points. The clinical trial result express that the Chinese herbal medicineQINGYANLIHOU Decoction cures solid hot disease of the lung stomach obvious curative effect, and the poisonous side effect is smaller, deserving the development exploitation.
