Study On Essential Requirements To Nursing Undergraduates In Clinical Practicum

Objective To establish the essential requirements in clinical practicum of nursing undergraduates, provide the guidance and content criteria to nursing colleges' clinical practicum Methods Guided by the complex science, we combined the comparative study, qualitative research and questionnaire to establish the framework of the essential requirements. On the framework basis, we used the theory study to draw up the detail rules of requirements. At last, we used questionnaire to validate and modify the rules. Results We got the major elements of essential requirements in clinical practicum, and set up and validated the requirements framework and detailed rules Conclusions the essential requirements include: â‘  synthesizing and using theprofessional knowledge;â‘¡mastering the basic nursing technique;(3)having the abilityof communication, cooperation, self-development and clinical nursing, and the basicability of nursing education, management, research and community nursing;?havingthe good professional attitude and occupational behaviors.
