Clinical Reserch Of LaiFuzi Fuqi Therapy For Pain And Acuteurineretention On Hemorrhoid After Operation

[Objective] By observing the clinical curative effect of using LaiFuzi FuQi on treating clinic symptoms such as pain and acuteurineretention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids, the paper discusses the clinical using of LaiFuzi FuQi after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. And it provides a method which the clinical curative effect is definite, safe, easy to operate and less symptoms. Meanwhile, it offers the clinical basis which would enhance the clinical using of FuQi of traditional Chinese medicine.[Method] Firstly, we choose 80 mixed hemorrhoids patients who conform to the research diagnosis standard, inclusion and exclusion standard. Then the patients were halved into two groups, LaiFuzi FuQi group and comparison group, according to randomization method. After the operation 3 hours later, LaiFuzi FuQi group were cured by LaiFuzi FuQi, which lasted 2 hours and suspended 1 hour. Then the same treatment were done 4 times. We notes the two groups' time of first pain, usage of anodyne and acuteurineretention frequency. Then we coordinate the relative information and use SPASS 13.0 for statistical treatment to compare two groups of patients.[Results] The all 80 patients of the research have completed the experiment. Comparing the patients' sex, age and mental fettle of two groups, the difference has not significant difference(P>0.05), and the two groups are comparable. After treatment, the statistical data indicated that experimental group's index such as the time of first pain, the using of anodyne and the ratio of happening acuteurineretention has significant difference comparing to the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The LaiFuzi FuQi are playing important role in clinical practice, it can effectually alleviate the patient's pain after hemorrhoids operation, and reduce the usage of anodyne. So it can reduce the ratio of complication and improve the survival quality of patients. In alleviating the patient's pain after hemorrhoids operation and the ratio of acuteurineretention, its curative effect is good , it has no bad responses, and it is easy to accept by patient. We can propose new medication train of thought about the FuQi of traditional Chinese medicine to treat Complications after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. It is worthwhile to generalize the LaiFuzi FuQi.
