| Objective: To study the relationship between emotions,individual personality and vascular endotheliocyte function of coronary heart disease(CHD) patients.The pathogenesis of emotion,individual personality in the invasion of CHD was revealed from the point of vascular endotheliocyte function.And objective evidence was provided for theory of TCM etiology. Methods: 98 patients with CHD were investigated with measure questionnaire of Jive emotions, Eysenck personality questionaire (EPQ).The vascular endotheliocyte function of those patients were detected.Then the author set up a database for all study results and analyse them with multiple linear regression of statistical analysis system. Results: Endothelin(ET) and sorrow,terror emotion have significant dependence connection (P < 0.05),with aggravation of sorrow,terror degree magnitude of ET will gradually increase(standardization regression coefficient is 0.47736,0.48115),and terror is more distinct than sorrow in affecting ET. Conclusion: Sorrow,terror can cause vascular endotheliocyte dysfunction by affecting ET,which is important nosogenesis factor of occurrence and development of CHD. |
