ObjectTo add up how much the syndrome of decoction appear in each age stage and theinvasion stage and tally up one more familiar the syndrome of decoction, anddiscuss the inside etiopathogenesis and invasion regulation, so as toproviding a new way to treat dysthymic disorder based in pathogenesis obtainedthrough differentiation of symptoms and signs with Chinese medicineMethod:Firstly, we establish the questionnaire with the prospect investigate ofmethod, and then collect the case datas. Secondly, according to the case datas,by dialectical system of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, we make a Chinesemedicine diagnosis, lastly, we make use of the SPSS11.0 covariance softwarepackage to carry on the data analysis.Result:1.The incidence of syndrome: Total 198 cases, among them, were mostly of thetaiyang disease and the shaoyang disease. 51. 3 percents were the taiyangdisease(115 cases). And 43. 3 percents were the shaoyang disease(97 cases).Therest diseases were minorities, less than 5%. And the syndrome of decoctionXIAO CHAI HU was mostly, total 66 cases, had 33.3%; Moreover, 21.2 percentswere the syndrome of decoction XIAO JIAN ZH0NG(44 cases), and 14.6 percentswere the syndrome of decoction BAN XIA XIE XIN (29 cases), 11. 1 percents werethe Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction(22 cases), 10. 6 percents were thesyndrome of decoction LING GUI ZHU GAN(21 cases).The rest soup certificatewere minorities, less than 5 percents.2.
