| Objective:To observe the clinical effect between Tiaoshendingzhi acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on depressive neurosis. Methods: A total of 72 outpatients with depressive neurosis, from March 2018 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomized into a observation acupuncture group and a control acupuncture group,36 cases in each one.Baihui(GV-20),Sishenchong(EX-HN1),Touwei(ST-8),Taiyang(EX-HN5),Yintang(GV-29),Fengchi(GB-20),Shuigou(GV-26),Danzhong(GC-17),Neiguan(PC-6),Shenmen(HT-7)were used in observation acupuncture group with acupuncture manipulation of Tiaoshendingzhi, while Baihui(GV-20),Yintang(GV-29),Sanyinjiao(SP-6),Neiguan(PC-6),Shenmen(HT-7),Taichong(LR-3)were used in the control acupuncture group with conventionalacupuncture manipulation.Relevant points from the dialectical type were also given to patients of two groups. Both the treatment was given once a day withan interval of one day every 6 days, and all the treatment was given for 6weeks.The scores of Hamilton Depression Score Scale(HAMD)、Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the scores of seven factors of HAMD scale as well as the clinical therapeutic effect based on the reduction rate of Hamilton Depression Score Scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results 1.The Hamilton Depression Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores were both significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in the observation acupuncture group and the control acupuncture group(P<0.01),while the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation acupuncture group were both lower than those in the control acupuncture group(P<0.01)after treatment.2.There were significant differences in the factors of anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, block, sleep disorder and despair between the two groups(P>0.01)before and after treatment, indicating that both groups could improve the state of anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, block, sleep disorder and despair;there were no significant differences in the factors of body weight(P=0.16>0.05)and diurnal variation(P=0.083>0.05),indicating that the two groups could not improve the state of body weight and diurnal variation score.3.There were significant differences in the factors of anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, block and sleep disorder between the two groups(P>0.01)after treatment, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, block and sleep disorder; There were no significant differences in the factors of body weight(P=0.675>0.01),diurnal and night changes(P=0.808>0.01)and despair(P=0.467>0.01)between the two groups after treatment, indicating that two groups have similar effect on improving body weight, diurnal variation and the sense of despair.4.After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.7%(33/36)in the observation acupuncture group, which was significantly superior to 69.4%(25/36)in the control acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion1.TiaoShenDingZhi acupuncture manipulation and the conventional acupuncture manipulation could both ameliorate depressive status, but the efficacy of TiaoShenDingZhi acupuncture manipulation was better than that of the conventional acupuncture.2.Both TiaoShenDingZhi acupuncture manipulation and the conventional acupuncture manipulation could improve the state of aniety/somatization,cognitive disorder, block, sleep disorder and sense of despair in the scores of seven factors of HAMD scale, but the effect of TiaoShenDingZhi acupuncture manipulation is superior to the conventional acupuncture manipulation on the state of anxiety/somatization,cognitive disorder, block and sleep disorder.3.The clinical effect of TiaoShenDingZhi acupuncture manipulation is better than the clinical effect of conventional acupuncture manipulation. |
