The Study Of The Current Situation And The Management Models Of The Continuing Medical Education Of The Military General Hospital

Continuing medical education is the important part of talents team construction in hospital, and quality of continuing medical education is the key to fostering clinical medical talents and improving clinical medical level. It becomes urgent to improve effect and quality of continuing medical education in general hospital of military area command, and to strengthen the activity of medical staff's participating continuing medical education. In this study, literature investigation, questionnaire investigation, spot investigation, experts consulting method were used to know status quo of continuing medical education in general hospital of military area command. To investigate continuing medical education in several general hospital of military area command, that is the need cannot be fulfilled, system of organization, administration, method, credit hour and professional appraising cannot be actualized. The author probed into a set of systematic, scientific, effective and reasonable mode of continuing medical education in general hospital of military area command and related appraising system. Therefore, give scientific reference to policy making of continuing medical education for medical administrators.
