| Objective: In order to find a new recovery of preventing and curing the climacteric syndrome . this subject is directed by the theory of Bian Xiang Dialectical Therapy in "Si Xiang Medical Scienceof Korean Medicine , experienced from the clinical observation . and selected the Tai Yin Ren who is the common case among Si Xiang Ren in the most obvious clinical symptom . as well as the pathology of the Ben Xu Biao Shi. The cure medicine is mainly base of Tai Yin Tiao Geng Soup which function is Hua Yu Qing Gan Jang Zhuo and has been comparably studied clinical observation among Tai Yin Ren climacteric syndrome .Method: According to the medical standards of the climacteric syndrome, the patients were divided into 2 groups randomly as group A and group B. Group A was applied by use of Bu Fei Zi Yin Soup which function is Bu Fei Zi Yin and Qing Re An Shen . Group B was applied by use of Tai Yin Tiao Geng Soup which function was Qing Gan Jiang Zhuo and Li Qi Hua Tan . On time daily, morning and night by decoction (about 150ml). a treatment period is 4 weeks. By 2 treatment period, in which other medicines were not permitted, the curative effect was finished studying and remarked strictly in accordance with estimative standards of curative effect. Applied to 2 groups by 2 doses of soup, the study and observation was resulted from general curative effect of main symptom of climacteric syndrome, and from general curative effect of 2 groups, also from personal curative effect and treatment period of 2 groups. Additionally, climacteric syndrome sex hormone level of all physical types was comparably studied. The test standard was detailed: no hormone medicines were currently applied to the patients who should avoid of tireless and excitement within 3 days .The retardative effect to Tai Yin Ren Menopause Period by use of Tai Yin Tiao Geng Soup was also finished by comparablystudy . The specific method was that 50 climacteric women who were in early symptom of menopause period were divided into 2 groups randomly. The Group under the treatment was applied by Tai Yin Tiao Geng Soup of dose adjusted. Another Group had no treatment. It was for 3 years that the accompanied study and observation was made. When the result was clear out. the date was analyze through statistic method.Results: By treatment of above 2 groups, the result showed that Group B was more superior than Group A (PO.001) the curative effect to the main symptom of calefaciention , sweet . uncomfortable in the chest . palpitation . perturbed , headache .As well as the curative effect of symptom of ache in the waist and keens in Group B was better than in Group A . It was obviously difference between 2 groups (PO.05). The result of general curative effect was that: Group B 50 cases, clinical control 24 (48%): obvious effect 19 (38%); effective 5 (10%); effective less 2 (4%); the general effective rate was 96%. Group A 50 cases, clinical control 10 (20%); obvious effect 11 (22%); effective 11 (22%); effective less 18 (36%): the general effective rate was 36%.By comparison, the effective difference was significant (P<0.001). Curative effect and treatment period: Group B had a good effective result, instant effect, significant effective difference comes from the 4th weeks after treatment GPO.05) and when 8th weeks, the difference was extremely obvious (P<0.001). Climacteric syndrome sex hormone level of all physical types: The different value of serum estradiol (E2) of all physical types was not obvious. However, the value to follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) of Tai Yin Ren Group was obviously superior than that of Shao Yin Ren Group. It was extremely difference between them (PO.01). The value to Luteinizing (LH) of Tai Yin Ren Group was also higher than that of Shao Yin Ren Group. It wras significant difference (P<0.05).
