The Clinical Observe Of Geng-nian-wei Granule On The Treatment Of The Climacteric Syndrome Belonged To The Yin-dificiency Of Both The Liver And Kidency, Heat In The Heart And Liver

[Objective]To estimate the clinical effect of Geng-nian-wei Granule on the treatment of the climacteric syndrome and observe bad influence to the human body. [Methods]Nithty patients with climacteric syndrome caused by Yin-dificiency of both the liver and kidency,heat in the heart and liver were chosen.They were divided into the treatment group (n=67) and the control group (n=23) with random ,double blind and double simulation methods.The symptoms,signs and examination of patiented with Geng-nian-wei Granule were compared to patients with Geng-nian-an Capsule after two months of treatment.Observe the patients's side effect to medincine and measure the patients' blood,urinary,stool at pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively. [Results]Clinical effect analysis: (1 )the completion of this clinic trial: the treatment group (n=67), the control group (n=23); (2) the total recovery and promience effective rates of treatment group's TCM syndrome are 65.2%,47.8% respectively,without obvious difference between them(P>0.05); (3) All kinds of symptoms in both the treatment group and control group could be improved, without obvious difference between them (P>0.05);(3)FSH and E2 don't chang after treatment ,there were no obvious difference between them (P>0.05).Safty analysis: The exemination results of blood, urinary, stool routine test, ECG, liver and kidney function before and after treatment are normal .No side effect was found. [Conclusions]Geng-nian-wei Granule is effective and safe in the treatment of the climacteric syndrome .It is worth further researching and widely using on clinic.
