Application Of Family - Centered Nursing In Children With Bronchial Asthma Acute Attack

Object To explore the treatment and remission of children bronchial asthma emergency with family-centered care.Method 80 cases of children bronchial asthma emergency were divided into two groups of contrast group and experiment group at random. Every group included 40 cases. The contrast group was accepted systemic holistic nursing. And the experiment group was accepted family-centered care with 3months. Then it was compared in course of disease, treatment effect, the number of reentry in 3 months, parents satisfaction, hospital costs between the two groups.Results The children patients of two groups were cured after therapy and nursed. Cough stop time, breathing stop time, lung wheezing sound disappear time, the average length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorten than in the contrast group. P was lower than 0.05 in every aspect. The contrast was obvious. The average hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than the contrast group. P was 0.042, and the contrast was obvious. Master degree of knowledge of asthma, atomization inhalation method accuracy, nursing service satisfaction of the observation group were better than the contrast group. P was lower than 0.05 in every aspect. The contrast was obvious. FEV1/FVC(%) of the two groups was no difference before nursed and treated. P was 0.059. The improvement of FEV1/FVC(%) in the observation group was better than in the contrast group.P was 0.047. The contrast was obvious. Breath nitric oxide(ppb) before nursed was no difference in the two groups. P was 0.056. Breath nitric oxide(ppb) after nursed in the observation group was better than in the contrast group. P was 0.046. The contrast was obvious.17 cases(42.5%) were emergency hospitalized again in the contrast group while 8 cases(20.0%)were emergency hospitalized again in the contrast group. The contrast was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion It could be benefits for recovery of children asthma, short the course of asthma, lower in hospital costs, reduce the number of emergency of asthma and reentry, enhance the parents’ recognition to nursing,reduce the medical disputes among nurses, patients and doctors with family-centered care in asthma patients. Implementation of family-centered nursing for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children with acute attack was obvious relief.
