Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Electro - Acupuncture At Jiaji

Purpose:To observe electroacupuncture and the pure acupuncture neck clip ridge point the clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture and acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Material and method:This study selected 70 patients which was diagnosed with Nerve root type cervical spondylosis from October 2013 to November 2014. all the patients met the study inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups of curative group of 35 cases,filiform needle group of 35 cases. Observe the clinical effect after treatment for 1 course.sympotoms of cervical spondylosis by Japanese Tian Zhongjing long scale,VAS score 20 points method to compare and evaluate the curative effect.Results:Comparison between the two groups after treatment 1 period of treatment, according to the curative group with filiform needle VAS score and Tian Zhongjing long scale score differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),illustratethe curative group is given priority to with pain symptoms improve the situation,and other associated symptoms and signs improved conditions are better than that of the filiform needle group;Conclusion:The clinical curative effect observation results show that the acupuncture and cupping neck clip ridge cave treatment has achieved good clinical effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, both as a treatment for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type can be an effective method of clinical applications;In addition, including neck clip ridge point the clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is better than simple acupuncture treatment,worthy of clinical use and promotion.
