Head Acupuncture Point Combined With Electrical Acupuncture In Treatment Of Root Sciatica Clip Ridge Of The Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Through the comparison of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Jiaji acupuncture, Simple Jiaji acupuncture for treating sciatica patients caused by lumbar disc-herniation exploring the theoretical basis to seek effective treatment of Sciatica.Method:This research according to the meridian syndrome differentiation, meridian courses as well as the anatomy of western medicine to select points.60 patients that conform to the standard were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. Treatment group choose the acupuncture point of Baihui Clip ridge points Zhibian Wei zhong Cheng shan Kunlun Yin men. Bai hui thorn contralateral Luoque acupuncture point, this operation require twisting needle 200 times per minute, twisting for 1 minutes, retaining needle 2 hours. Clip ridge points and connect them with electric in 30 minutes. In the control group,we select Clip ridge points Zhi bian Wei zhong Cheng shan Kunlun Yin men. Clip ridge points and connect them with electric in 30 minutes. Two times a day, patient have one day to rest after six days continuous treatment. Seven days for a course of treatment. After continuous treatment of two courses, using the simplified McGill scale (including PRI and VAS) and straight leg raising test to observe the improvements in pain、emotion and nerve root compression. Finally, assessing the clinical efficacy and statistical analysis.Results:1.After two weeks treatment,the treatment group and control group in PRI, VAS scores and the straight leg-raising test points improve significantly.2.Compared with control group, treatment group patients with intuitive pain degree, feeling emotional score and the straight leg-raising range obviously improved (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The scalp acupuncture combined with Jiaji electro-acupuncture therapy and simple clip ridgeore precise both have the effect in improving the pain of root sciatica pain symptoms caused by lumbar disc hermiation.2.Scalp acupuncture combined with clip ridge electric acupuncture in the treatment of intervertebral disc prominent induced root sciatica curative effect is superior to the traditional simple Jiaji electro acupuncture theraty.
