Investigate The Clinical Effect Of The Neck Clip Ridge And Through Thorn Acupuncture Methods On Treating The Shoulder Hand Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Neck clip ridge and Through thorn acupuncture methods on treating the Shoulder hand syndrome.Methods:In accordance with strict diagnosing standard and strict excluding standard, we selected 60 acute sinusitis patients, which is divided into two groups at random.30 patients are set to be the Neck clip ridge and Through thorn acupuncture methods combined ridge through joint rehabilitation therapy, the other patients are set to be control group and treated by Rehabilitation therapy. We compare the clinical effect of the two groups and analyze the data with statistical methods.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 80.0%, the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05).(2)The symptoms of the treatment group patients are improved more effectively than those of the control group in The assessment of Shoulder Hand Syndrome Score whit Pain,Swellingand ROM. The clinical effect of the treatment group is superior to that in the control group.Conclusion:(1)The t the Neck clip ridge and Through thorn acupuncture methods have effective clinical effect on treating Shoulder hand syndrome.(2)the author discussed the mechanism of the Neck clip ridge and Through thorn acupuncture methods, that the Neck clip ridge and Through thorn acupuncture methods has two special aspect actions which consisting of points and herbs, and simultaneity, points and herbs mutually acts to each other. The final effect is more than that of two single-action adding together.
