Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and related safety of knife needle combined with muscular and bone ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:This article from the second affiliated hospital of nanchang university’s CSR rehabilitation the inpatient and outpatient clinic patients, according to the inclusion criteria collected 45 cases, cases according to the method of random divided into block group(n = 15),knife needle group(n = 15)and the joint group(n = 15),the block group set is given only to cervical nerve root blockage therapy under the guidance of ultrasound, the knife needle group is given only to theknife needle treatment, the joint group give knife needle combined with ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block, collect patients before treatment,1 week and 4 weeks after treatment on the visual simulation of rating scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS for short),Yasushi Tanaka Cervical Spondylosis Symptoms Scale(YT20),Cervical Disability Index(NDI).the recorded data were analyzed using statistics. Results:All the 45 CSR patients completed the corresponding treatment, evaluation and follow-up.Compared with before treatment, the pain and cervical spine dysfunction of the patients in the three groups improved to different degrees after treatment, indicating that the treatment was effective in all three groups(p < 0.05),but after 1and 4 weeks of treatment, intergroup comparison was made,it was found that the VAS and NDI scores of the joint group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups(p < 0.05),and the total score of YT20 was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(p < 0.05),however,there was no significant difference in Vas scores,NDI scores and YT20 scores between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Knife needle combined with muscular and boneultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block has a significant effect on the relief of patients’ neck and shoulder pain, and can improve the functions of patients’ cervical vertebra. It is a new treatment method with the advantages of safety, effectiveness and accuracy, which can be implemented clinically. |
