Observation On Curative Effect Of Water Dispersion Combined With Ultrashort Wave In Treating Damp - Heat Syndrome

Purpose: To observe the effect of ultrashort wave with Water Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of damp heat accumulation type of gouty arthritis,compared effect differentiation with western medicine. To explore the effect of Water Powder application method in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Material and method:select 62 gouty arthritis patients in hospital,randomly divided into treatment group(32 patients) and control group(30 patients).The control group treated with Western medicine treatment,the treatment group had same treatment with extra Water Powder application and Ultrashort Wave therapy.Treatment lasted 7 days in both groups.Results:1.7 days after treatment,total effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%,total effective rate of control group was 83.4%.The effect of between two groups has statistical significance(p<0.05). The effect of treatment group is better than control group. 2. After treatment, symptoms & signs score,CRP,ESR in treatment group were lower,the difference before and after treatment have statistical significance(p<0.05).The effect of treatment group is better than control group. In terms of blood uricacid,the difference before and after treatment have no statistical significance(p>0.05), improvement is not obvious. 3.Comparison treatment group and control group, symptoms & signs score, CRP,ESR in treatment group were lower than control group(p<0.05),which has statistical significance.The effect of treatment group is better than control group. In terms of blood uricacid,the difference before and after treatment have no statistical significance(p>0.05), no statistical significance, the treatment group and control group are closed to the curative effect after treatment, improvement is not obvious.Conclusion:Water and powder combined ultrashort wave and western medicine has great effect. As relieving clinical symptoms and signs, reduce CRP and ESR, compare with treatment with western medicine. In terms of reduce SUA,Curative effect is closed, improvement is not obvious. The treatment effect is good,safe and worthy of clinical application.
