| Objective:In this study,by observing the influence of qingrequtong Powder on the acute phase of damp-heat accumulate gout arthritis,the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingrequtong powder in the acute phase of gout treatment were objectively evaluated,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:62 patients were randomized in 2 groups,31 cases in each group.The the control group was given Meloxicam.On the basis of the observation group in the control group used Qingre Qutong poeder,two groups are 1 week,using statistical methods contrast before and after treatment of two groups of the WBC,Hs-CRP,ESR,BUA,arthritis,Chinese medicine symptom integral,pain relief time,compare curative effect.Results:1.WBC,Hs-CRP,ESR and BUA of the two groups were lower after treatment than before(P<0.05);The improvement of Hs-CRP and ESR in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the improvement of WBC and BUA between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,skin temperature,joint function and arthritis score of the two groups were all lower after treatment than before(P<0.05);The improvement of joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness and arthritis score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in skin temperature and joint function improv-ement between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of pain relief time in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM symptom score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM symptom score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of qingrequtong powder was significa-ntly better than that of western medicine in improving Hs-CRP,ESR,local symptoms and TCM syndrome score of gout patients. |
