Clinical Study On TCM Syndromes Of Postoperative Pneumonia In Children With Congenital Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of TCM Syndrome Elements in Postoperative Pneumonia in children with Congenital Heart Disease, and to guide TCM differentiation.Methods:Choose100cases of postoperative pneumonia in children with Congenital Heart Disease as research object.To investigate the distribution and combination rules of syndrome elements according to frequency of syndrome elements, and the relationship between syndrome elements and Clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS) index.Results:(1) Distribution rules of Syndrome Elements:A total of19Syndrome Elements are extracted,there are6locations of the disease syndrome elements and13the nature of the disease syndrome elements.The frequency of the locations of the disease syndrome elements are lung (49.51%)、exterior (29.87%)、spleen (13.89%). heart(0.06%)、mind(0.02%)、kidney (0.01%); And the frequency of the nature of the disease syndrome elements are heat (28.74%)、phlegm (14.51%)、qi asthenia (13.89%)、yang asthenia (12.56%),etc.(2) Combination rules of Syndrome Elements:The combination rules of Syndrome Elements have six patterns,the combination of two syndrome elements(45%) and the combination of three syndrome elements (35%)are the main combination patterns,the cumulative percentage is80%.(3) The relativity between syndrome elements and CPIS index:Temperature has correlation with16syndrome elements and gas exchange index has correlation with11syndrome elements, there are have high positive correlation between lung and chest X ray.Conclusion:(1) The main locations of the disease syndrome elements in Postoperative Pneumonia in children with Congenital Heart Disease are lung,and the main nature of the disease syndrome elements are heat、phlegm、qi asthenia、 yang asthenia.(2) this disease is mostly are exss and deficency inclusion, pure asthenia symptom and solid symptom are rare. (3) There are some correlation between syndrome elements and CPIS.
