The Research And Comparison Of The Lesions Nature Of Functional Dyspepsia By Applying The Syndrome Elements Differentiation And Zang-fu Syndrome Differentiation

Objectives:Using syndrome factor and the zang-fu organs to summarize the distribution of the location and pathogeny of functional dyspepsia,and the common characteristics are analyzed and summarized, exploring the lesions rule of functional dyspepsia,to find out its essence, and to compare the cognition of the essence of functional dyspepsia by the two way.Methods:Get cases according to the Rome III criteria of functional dyspepsia and zang-fu syndrome differentiation is made according to 《Program(draft) about the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia by combination of TCM with western medicine》 which was made in Chongqing in2003by the council of disease of digestive system of China Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine;Syndrome differentiation was made according to "The dialectical meaning of the common600symptoms"(《Guidelines for clinical research of traditional chinese drug research》),to set questionnaires and execute them,then enter the data into the computer and count these syndrome elements and location elements,summarizing the distribution of the location and pathogeny of functional dyspepsia, to find out its lesions essence,analyze the differentiation of syndrome elements differentiation and zang-fu syndrome differentiation.Results:(1)The frequency of main location elements of functional dyspepsia ranked from high to low:syndrome elements differentiation:stomach82(68.33%)、liver58(48.33%)、spleen51(42.50%)、kidney9(7.50%); zang-fu syndrome differentiation: stomach91(75.83%)、liver54(45.00%)、spleen53(44.17%);(2) The frequency of pathogeny elements of functional dyspepsia ranked from high to low:syndrome elements differentiation:Qi stagnation81(72.50%)、Qi weak68(63.33%)、 Yang weak23(19.17%)、Wet18(11.67%)、heat14(15.00%); Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation:Qi stagnation67(55.83%)、Qi weak53(44.17%)、Wet13(10.83%)、 heat13(10.83%);(3) The situation of combination of syndrome elements:stomach and liver always go with Qi stagnation; spleen always go with Qi weak、Yang weak or damp and hot.Conclusions:(1)The lesions essence of functional dyspepsia:the location elements is mainly related with stomach、spleen and liver, the pathogeny elements is mainly related with Qi stagnation, Qi weak, Yang weak、Wet and hot, and mostly more than two syndrome elements merger occurs.(2)The rule of syndrome element in TCM between syndrome elements differentiation and zang-fu syndrome differentiation are mostly the same,they are only little different between them,so syndrome elements differentiation can be application and dissemination in clinical.(3)The prevention and treatment of functional dyspepsia in should notice those details: protection of spleen and stomach,be properly relax,avoid drinking cold, winter protection and warm keeping.
