Proteinuria is the only factor related to the decreased of glomerular filtration rate in non-dabetic nephropathy in REIN. The characteristics of the primary nephrotic proteinuria is Long duration, recurrent and difficult to treat. In clinical, control and reduce the proteinuria can obviously relieve the progress of chronic kidney disease, therefore, Control proteinuria is one of the important goals of treatment. steroids, ACEI, ARB and nticoagulants can reduce proteinuria, protect renal functiona. But steroids is not suitable for all patients, it’s mainly for patients with nephrotic range proteinuria, and the adverse reactions including proteinuria easy to relapse, steroids effects, steroids dependence and steroids resistance, etc. Protein is "subtle material" in TCM. Many doctors of CTM think that proteinuria is associated with the weak of spleen and kidney and evil. Tutor Wang think the wind evil is an important pathogenic factor of nephrotic proteinuria according to his clinical experience. The invasion of wind evil and penetration to the kidney meridians results in injuries; or the wind evil directly penetrate the kidney leads to spleen and kidney disorder, then subtle material outflow and proteinuria occurred." Fuzhengqufengfang" has obtained the certain effect in treatment of renal proteinuria patients of type with "spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind""Fuzhengqufengfang" is composed of Astragalus, Achyranthes bidentata, Anemarrhena, Taxillus chinensis, herba siegesbeckiae, Japan Yam Rhizome, Millettia dielsiana. with functions of tonifying spleen and kidney and dispelling wind evil. This study evaluated the functions of "Fuzhengqufengfang" by observing the curative effect of "Fuzhengqufengfang" in the treatment of renal proteinuria patients of type with "spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind" to provide effective treatment methods for patients with renal proteinuria.ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of "Fuzhengqufengfang" in the treatment of renal proteinuria patients of type with" spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind " using TCM methodology and principles, with the aim of providing more ideas and treatment to reduce proteinuria, relieve symptoms and protect renal function.Method and results55patients were given Fuzhengqufengfang without changing the existing treatment regime.24-urine protein collection, urine test, full blood count, liver function, kidney function, lipid profile etc and TCM symptomatology observation index were collected. The results were analysed with SPSS17.0. Results showd that:1. The24-urine protein collection decreased after6months’treatment, with difference (P<0.05).2. Evaluation of proteinuria:11cases of clinical remission,31cases with significant improvements,9cases with mild improvements,4cases with no improvements, an overall efficacy rate of92.73%.3. Evaluation of clinical symptoms:0cases of clinical remission,11cases with significant improvements,23cases with mild improvements,21cases with no improvements, an overall efficacy rate of62.82%.4. The reducing of proteinuria is tatistically significant in membranous nephropathy group and non-membranous nephropathy group In every3months period (P<0.05).Conclusion1." spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind " is the important pathogenesis of primary glomerular disease proteinuria.2.Fuzhengqufengfang can reduce proteinuria and lower cholesterol in patients of type with " spleen-kidney deficiency and kidney wind ".3.Fuzhengqufengfang does not affect kidney function.4.Fuzhengqufengfang can improve the symptoms of patients. |
