In a word, it could be seen from the practice and theory research that the value measurement and compensation of The Non-commercial Forest and the Commercial Forest were the important questions. This paper studied the forest ecological service value evaluation and built up its compensation mechanism. Last, Minjiang watershed as an example to study the realization mechanism of the forest ecological service value was given.
