Once the emergency occurred, crowded places such as the Coliseum and the Convention Center maybe get out of control. And thus it may induce trampling and seriously endanging people's personal and property safety. These are hot issues of emergency evacuation management such as how to reduce people's losses, how to know the characteristics of pedestrian flow in panic state, how to guide pedestrian flow in emergency and how to improve the efficiency of the evacuation operations.In order to solve these issues, this paper established the difference group pedestrian flow model to study the characteristics of pedestrian flow at the exit. On this foundation, we proposed evacuation methods that guide the crowds of crowded pedestrians from this export to other export. This paper designed and implemented a induced evacuation system in public places. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) In this paper, we took the crowded pedestrian flow as the object of study,established a pedestrian flow model for the formation of different populations,researched that the difference of the composition of the crowd affect the process of crowding force transmission, found that the closer to the exit, the greater the crowding effect and the number of injuries. At the same time, it was found that the number of casualties among the population was higher than that of the undifferentiated population.(2) On the basis of the model, an evacuation method is proposed to guide the crowded pedestrian at the exit to escape from other exports. The experiment shows that the method can fundamentally reduce the cumulative effect of congestion at the exit and reduce the number of injuries.(3) Design and implementation of system inducing evacuation in public. The system accurately locates the pedestrian position and continuously detects pedestrian density at the exit, and, if it finds that it exceeds the alert threshold, directs the pedestrian to evacuate at other outlets. Taking the Nanjing International Exhibition Center as an example, the pedestrian escape process after the fire was simulated.The evacuation method and the general pedestrian evacuation method were used to evacuate the crowd in the fire event. It is found that the evacuation effect achieved by the evacuation method is better than that of the general pedestrian evacuation method in evacuation efficiency and time.
