This vehicle for the emergency direction platform which sets off from actual need of public security emergency communicate, installs the compartment in Isuzu freight train chassis, and takes that as carrier. It takes the VSAT satellite communication as main communication means, using outside unit of the ANASAT-Ku wave band and adopting FDMA multiple access method, matches it with the corresponding host system equipment (wireless, data, switch, tone video equipment and so on) and the supporting facility. Fully utilizing public security special-purpose satellite communications network, the public security computer synthesis information network and the public security path picture monitoring network, realizes the twp-way communication between the scene and the city bureau or Ministry of Public Security with the picture, the voice and the data, and sets up the temporary correspondence in the scene with the many kinds of means of communication. At the same time, we use special encryption equipment according to public security job peculiarity,can satisfy machine level of secrecy correspondence request.The system has designed a scene command cabin besides equipment operation cabin and multifunctional power supply cabin, but also, has established the powerful analysis command system, strengthened information assisting analytical function and direction dispatch function. It has characteristic with quick response, nimble, scene decision-making, conductor controller, and deal with expediently, earlier on.This platform can connect with the public security computer synthesis information network, the telephone special network, the wireless special net, and the urban road picture monitoring network in real time, and carry on the synthesis inquiry to the public security information, and motion work.
