The thesis excogitates the test method for the physical and mechanical properties of needles tips, which based on sport-controlled theory. The purpose is to acquire the theory and method of the physical and mechanical properties of needles tips, design the related virtual instrument, establish virtual test system, and pay in the actual application. The analysis of the mechanism of the needles tips that suffered the force is key in the text, and is also the foundation of the following work, while sport-controlled technique is very important too in realizing the virtual instrument in this thesis. The request of GB4506-84 to add load equably increscent can be satisfied by controlling the sport of step motor; the value of force can be shown digitally by using the principle of strain-electricity measurement and the technique of sensor. The software terrace of this test system is a virtual instrument sketch plait language LabVIEW, which developed by national instrument of the United States.The test system set up, not only can expediently chose test product, test manner, the unit of force etc., but also can draw the force~time curve automatically, show the acute value directly in the front-panel, and combine with report in auto. By this way, it is easy to observe and analyze the experiment. Experiment results come to the expected purpose and request by using the test system that set up in this text. The electricity measurement combines with the technique of virtual instrument providing a new thinking and fast means in convenience, besides economizing the funds consumedly on the certain degree.
