The purpose of my research is to determine the current level of sports equipment in Moscow schools and playgrounds, the condition of specialized sports schools, as well as equipment the urban environment in public playgrounds and sports parks. As an example to take some schools and universities in Moscow to identify the main problems in this area and to compare this condition with foreign experience. Suggest possible solutions in problems related to children’s equipment sports fields and parks. Use my own project of children’s sports centre as the example of arrangement sports school.Children’s sports in Russia is a big problem at the moment. Even30years ago, children’s and youth sports has been developed almost perfectly. Everywhere operated various sports schools. But in the1990s, hundreds of youth sports schools closed due the lack of funding. This is especially noticeable in the province, where the lack of children’s sports facilities was a major problem for the population. There is another problem-a catastrophic shortage of sports stadiums and sports grounds. Recently, the condition of children’s sports began to improve. There are a lot of new sports facilities designed only for children’s classes. The situation with the sport in kindergartens and schools in Russia is also not the best. Facilities and equipment rooms and open areas out of date. Most schools in Russia built in the1980s. Accordingly, the sports facilities of schools remained at the same condition. Territories intended for outdoor sports grounds are often cut down or reduce. The situation with the additional sports education is much better than the equipment of sports halls of schools and universities. Most sports clubs are not for free visit, training is carried out in specialized sports complexes. In each area of the city there are various children’s sports centers, but the lack of sections on the main sports is a major problem in almost every residential area.A special role is assigned to the Moscow special educational institutions-extracurricular recreation. Unfortunately, Russian architectural theory and practice of this important issue has not been given appropriate consideration. Existing examples of the architectural organization of youth leisure centers have focused largely on the Soviet experience, and are not able to fully satisfy the needs of the modern teenager. Therefore, the formation of the modern model of architectural design leisure center for teens is an important and urgent task that requires complex solutions. In recent years, Russia has taken all necessary organizational action on the restoration and organization of physical culture and sports activities. Construction of new sports facilities at schools and universities restored the condition of sport parks and conducted various programs for the development of specialized sports schools.
