Laser processing porous seals is a kind of new type sealing, it is in the common mechanical seal face of a micron grade in processing small pit hole, can realize non- contact, has the good lubrication performance and sealing performance.However, at present of laser processing porous seals research reported. The few This article through the establishment of laser processing porous seals, the theoretical analysis model by using the finite difference method is used to solve Reynolds equation, get in a given condition leakage, friction power consumption, etc, and the sealing per- formance parameters numerical analysis of different microporous depth, micro hole depth and microporous density on the seal performance parameters, get the influence law of microporous depth, micro hole depth and microporous density of the best value. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Established laser processing porous seals fluid dynamics analysis model, based on assumptions, a hole "liquid membrane pressure distribution throughout the seal surface can be characterized the liquid membrane pressure.
