Research On Baiyang Dian Wetland Supplementing Water Based On The Ecological Water Demand And Ecological Analysis Of Water Rights

Content:The water is the important resources for human survival and development, and also is the important restriction factors of natural environment.The contradiction between ecological water and production water is very prominent in arid areas and semi-arid areas in China.This article takes Baiyang Dian for example to discuss the coordination between ecological water demand and the ecological water under the underground of water shortage.The article calculates different wetland water demand's levels in different years and gets the results of when in average year or general dry year or special dry year. The results show that:the minimum of the wetland water demand is 6620 million cubic meters, and the suitable of water demand is 10108 million cubic meters in the average year. In the general dry year, the minimum of the wetland water demand is 8452 million cubic meters, and the suitable of water demand is 12578 million cubic meters. In particular dry year the minimum of the wetland water demand is 9687 million cubic meters, and the suitable is 14058 million cubic meters.How to distribute water recourse to the social and economic and the ecological and keep the balance is the content of this article research. Considering the tense relations of water supply and demand and a certain flexibility demand for water ecosystems, so, supplementing water of Baiyang Dian should be based on between Ecological water demand and the amount of ecological water rights.In the average year, the amount of Baiyang Dian ecological water rights is 13323 million cubic meters,and more than the suitable of Baiyang Dian wetland water demand. So the suitable of Baiyang Dian wetland water demand should be replenished to Baiyangdian wetland; In the general dry year, the amount of Baiyang Dian ecological water rights is 8711 million cubic meters.It is higher than the minimum of the wetland water demand, and less than the suitable of water demand.So the amount of ecological water right should be replenished to Baiyangdian wetland; In particular dry year, the amount of wetland water right is 3953 million cubic meters, and is far below the minimum of the wetland water demand.So the minimum of the wetland water demand should be replenished to Baiyangdian wetland,3953 million cubic meters should come from the upstream and buy the rest water rights from the way upstream or cross-basin water diversion.
