There are violent spark discharge between active carbon and iron under microwave radiant field,coming into being non-stable discharge plasma in microwave oven,the effect of microwave radiation and microwave plasma accelerated the regeneration of active carbon's absorbant ability and the activation of iron's reactive ability. This study applied the technology of microwave plasma enhanced internal electrolysis to degrade reactive brilliant blue KN-R solution,the degradation rate of dye solution kept on high level during the process of repeated regeneration and repeated degradation. This thesis included two parts as follows: (1)The Optimal Conditions of Microwave Plasma Enhanced Internal Electrolysis Different influencing factors in the process of microwave plasma enhanced internal electrolysis which influence the degradative effect of reactive brilliant KN-R solution was studied. The results indicated: For 500mg/L reactive brilliant blue KN-R solution, when the reactive time is 1.0h, before regenerative treatment ,A592 removal is 99.94%,CODCr removal is 85.74%; After regenerative treatment,A592 removal is 99.84%,CODCr removal is 86.6%. The optimal conditions is pH=3,the radium of iron particle is 0.9-2.0mm,the volume rate of active carbon /iron is 1:1,circling liquid volume is 1500ml,circling speed is 60ml/min,the volume of air-blasting is 200-250ml/min,microwave radiant time is 2min,microwave radiant power is 850W. (2)The Enhancing Action Analysis of Microwave Plasma Enhanced Internal Electrolysis Comparing the three cases of active carbon,iron,the mixture of carbon and iron degrading reactive brilliant blue KN-R solution, according to measurement of absorbant removal,CODCr removal,indine value,the general concentration of iron and SEM observation, analyzing the regenerative ability of active carbon and iron, whose transformation under microwave field,thereby, exploring the principle of microwave plasma enhancing action and the degree and mechanism of microwave plasma working. When internal electrolysis repeated four times, microwave plasma regeneration repeated three times,the absorbant removal of mixture of iron and active carbon on reactive brilliant blue KN-R solution is 91.54%,95.07%,92.33%,87.62%; CODCr removal is 83.25%,81.56%,76.21%,75.22%; the absorbant removal decreased 3.92%,CODCr removal decreased 8.03% only. The degradative effect of the mixture of active carbon and iron was better than the degradative effect of two components on their own sole. The tests also indicated that there was cooperative effect of active carbon and iron under microwave radiation,The enhancing action of microwave presented on three faces:1.microwave regeneration of active carbon; 2 microwave induce oxidation process of iron and active carbon; 3. microwave plasma effect between active carbon and iron under microwave field. Comparing SEM figures before and after microwave plasma treatment,it could been seen the inner micropore of active carbon became larger,there was structure destruction in active carbon but no apparent surfacial change. It was also found that the modification on the appearance of iron which speaded sunken point like honeycomb all over,unit surface area increased ,the general concentration of iron in the rudimental solution,surfacial reaction ability and the efficiency of inner electrolysis of iron all increased.
