This article has mainly carried on the research about the processing which the microwave cooperated with different catalysts radiates on the methyl orange, the active colorful blue X-BR solution and the tail water of the municipal sewage plant.First, the research on treating methyl orange water with the microwave radiation cooperating with the activated charcoal as the catalyst had studied. The effort of many factors on the methyl orange discolor rate was investigated, such as the concentration of methyl orange water, the amount of activated carbon, the time of microwave radiation and the microwave radiation power. The result indicated that the microwave in coordination with activated carbon oxidation craft excelled obviously the activated carbon adsorption on the processing effect of methyl orange. Under the conditions which the concentration of methyl orange density was 305mg/L, the microwave power was580W, the radiation time was 10min, and the activated charcoal amount was 12g/L, the discoloration rate was 99.63% and COD removal rate was 95.8%. The reaction which the microwave cooperated with activated carbon oxidized methyl orange was first-order kinetics reaction.Then studied the oxidation of reactive brilliant blue X-BR by using the microwave induced oxidation with the modificatory activated carbon soaked by Ammonium ferrous sulfate. The result indicated that the microwave cooperated with modification activated carbon oxidation processes was more effective than that of microwave cooperated with activated carbon on the removal of reactive brilliant blue X-BR. The effort of many factors on the reactive brilliant blue X-BR discolor rate was investigated, such as the concentration of reactive brilliant blue X-BR water, the amount of modification activated carbon, the time of microwave radiation and the microwave radiation power. Then the reaction kinetics and the reaction mechanism were discussed. The result indicated that: under the conditions which the concentration of reactive brilliant blue X-BR was 150mg/L, the microwave power was590W, the radiation time was 14min, and the activated charcoal amount was27g/L, the discoloration rate was 99.54%.Kinetics study indicated that the oxidation process accords with the first-order kinetics reaction kinetics, with the kinetics equation given as follows: LnC =-0.2317t+5.2983. Half life was 2.99min.The methylene blue adsorption experiment and the modified activated charcoal superficial picture indicated that, more surface crystallization flaw (namely hot spot) of the activated carbon had been activated and the ammonium ferrous sulfate adsorbed on the activated carbon enhanced the catalyzed effect which the modified activated carbon has done to the microwave radiation processing with reactive brilliant blue X-BR.Taking the CODq and TOC as the index, studied the oxidation of the tail water of the municipal sewage plant by using the microwave induced oxidation with the modificatory activated carbon. The effort of many factors on the tail water of the municipal sewage plant discolor rate was investigated, such as the amount of modification activated carbon, the time of microwave radiation and the microwave radiation power. The result indicated that: under the conditions which the microwave power was 600W, the radiation time was 8min, and the activated charcoal amount was 12g/L, the removal rate of CODo was 38.234% and the removal rate of TOC was 32.484%.
