Assessment Of Reclamation Evaluation System On Anshan Iron Mine

With the rapid development of mining economy in China, people's pursuit of mining has gradually changed from resources to making harmonious development between resources, environment and society. As an important method of balance the relationship between mineral resources, ecological environmental protection and harmonious social relations, reclamation came into being. And the evaluation system of it has also become a research focus.This study relying on Anshan Iron Mine Land Reclamation Project. We choose the habitat of major mines (West Anshan, Anshan East, Dagushan, Qidashan and Yanqianshan)in mining area as research object, select factors in 2003 and 2010 to build the evaluation system, use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the change of habitat quality. The main results are as follows:Based on theories of land reclamation and total plan of Anshan iron mine land reclamation project. We divide the metal mine land reclamation project into four stages, and describe habitat characteristics and main objectives of reclamation in each stage.We build the evaluation system which indexed by factors from resource and society, changed by quality of environment. According to factors, we do evaluation by mathematical methods.Starting from changes in habitat quality, we analysis the results of the evaluation, and illustrate the achievement of reclamation project since 2003.At last, combining with the rehabilitation phase of the ecological characteristics and objectives, we determine the position of the current stage, feedback on the reclamation plan for the reclamation of Anshan iron mines, provide important advisory opinion to the theory of reference.
