Since ancient times,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in health care and has made important contributions to the prosperity of the Chinese nation.Located in the Xujiang River Basin in the central and eastern part of Jiangxi Province,it is known as the “2”.Many outstanding medical figures have been born.They are famous for their profound medical theoretical attainments and rich clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.A dazzling medical group is an important part of the history of Chinese medicine.Xujiang medicine,famous and sages,rich works,academic thoughts and practical experience,has had a profound impact on the health of the people in the Xujiang River Basin and the development of traditional Chinese medicine in my country.In addition,advocating health care is one of the academic characteristics of Xujiang Medicine,so there are many physicians devoted to the research of Chinese medicine health care.In order to maintain health,prevent diseases and prevent diseases,they start from nurturing,maintenance,and prolong life,and involve the whole process of pregnancy,young children,youth,middle age and old age,and have left a wealth of health preservation theories,methods and experience.A mature theoretical system has been constructed in health care.As an important part of Xujiang medicine,Xujiang medical health preservation has distinctive Jiangxi regional characteristics and advantages,and fully reflects the academic concept of conforming to nature and peopleoriented.Deeply excavating and sorting out its academic thoughts historical development,representative figures,ancient books and documents of Xujiang medical health preservation,this topic comprehensively summarizes the academic characteristics and theoretical connotations of Xujiang medical health preservation,and clarifies the basic theory,guiding ideology and principles of Xujiang medical health preservation.The purpose is to grasp the internal inheritance and innovation of academic thoughts on health preservation,and many practiced them.A model of traditional Chinese medicine.During this period,the connotation of Xujiang’s medical health are 182 records of births and deaths among Xujiang physicians,64 of them are 70 to 79 years old,37 of them are 80 to 89 years old,and 8 of them are over 90 years old.They are quite accomplished in traditional Chinese medicine.Moreover,he has left experience in the theory and method of health preservation with local cultural connotations and characteristics,which has had a profound impact on the development of Chinese medicine health preservation.This chapter takes Gong Tingxian,Wan Quan,Gong Juzhong,Xu Wenbi,Yu Jiayan,Chen Ziming,Wei Yilin,Zhu Quan,Li Yan,and Chen Dangwu as the representatives of Xujiang medical health preservation,and further summarizes their academic thoughts and theories on health preservation.methods and practical experience.The seventh chapter is the introduction of the key literatures of Xujiang’s medical health preservation.According to the historical development of Xujiang’s medical health preservation,combined with research methods such as medical history philology and bibliography.Aiming at the five key documents of Xujiang medical health preservation,including Shou Shi Bao Yuan,Yang Sheng Si Yao,Fu Shou Dan Shu,Shou Shi Chuan Zhen,and Huo Ren Xin Fa,on the basis of sorting out and excavating,further summarize and condense them.Contained in the academic thought of health care.The eighth chapter,the relevant literature introduction of Xujiang medical health preservation.In the comprehensive medical books,specialist medical books and medical records of Xujiang Medicine,a large number of contents related to health preservation are also recorded scatteredly.This chapter mainly starts from four types of ancient books,including comprehensive medical works,specialized medical works,prescription medical works and Gongfa medical works,and further selects and extracts the academic ideas of health preservation discussed in the relevant literatures of Xujiang medicine.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Xujiang has a long history of medical health preservation.From the pre-Qin period to the present for more than 2,000 years,it has gone through a turbulent development process,successively experienced the germination of the pre-Qin period,the rapid rise of the Han and Jin Dynasties,and the history of the Sui and Tang Dynasties.The turning point,the diversified development of the Song and Yuan Dynasties,the comprehensive maturity and prosperity of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and other historical stages,the academic prosperity has a long history,and has had a profound impact on the development of Chinese medicine health preservation and even Chinese medicine.2.There are many representatives of Xujiang medical and health preservation.In this article,10 Xujiang physicians,including Gong Tingxian,Chen Ziming,Wei Yilin,Gong Juzhong,Yu Jiayan,Li Yan,Xu Wenbi,Zhu Quan,Chen Dangwu,and Wanquan,are selected as Xujiang medical health preservation.The representatives discussed and clarified that they were not only diligent in clinical evidence and proficient in specialties,but also contained rich academic thoughts on health preservation in the medical books they wrote..3.Xujiang medical health care literature is rich,which can be further classified in terms of genre,mainly including health care monographs in key literature,comprehensive medical works,specialist medical works,prescription books and medical works in related literature.Wait.4.Xujiang medicine has a rich connotation of health preservation,mainly including diet,daily life,spirituality,exercises,marriage and childbirth,the elderly,medicine,etc.,involving the local culture of Jiangxi,reflecting the distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation culture in the local medical school to a certain extent.
