The Influence Of Enterprise Knowledge Interaction Capability On Enterprise Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of Open Innovation Ecosystem

In the era of innovation 3.0,the complexity,integration and rapid iteration of technologies required by enterprise innovation make it difficult to realize technological innovation only by relying on internal knowledge.More and more enterprises realize the importance of building or participating in open innovation ecosystem.Open innovation ecosystem is a new field in the context of the increasing popularity of open innovation paradigm.The integration of open innovation paradigm and innovation ecosystem promotes the development of open innovation ecosystem.Through literature review,it is found that scholars have mainly studied it from the aspects of connotation characteristics,construction motivation,operation mechanism,types of participants,the impact of cooperation on innovation and innovation mode and so on.On the whole,the following aspects still need to be further discussed.Firstly,the literature agrees with the necessity and importance of enterprises to build and participate in the open innovation ecosystem,and believes that the integration of internal and external resources through multi-agent cooperation is conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation ability and plays an important role in improving enterprise innovation performance,However,the specific internal mechanism of how enterprises improve their innovation performance through open innovation ecosystem needs to be further studied.Secondly,the literature points out that the open innovation ecosystem is composed of interactive multilateral partners to realize the integration and win-win of innovation resources.A high degree of interaction between key subjects is very important for the improvement of enterprise innovation ability,but there is little literature on the important strategic resource of innovation-knowledge resources,especially the internal mechanism of knowledge interaction among subjects The impact of enterprise knowledge interaction ability on open innovation ecosystem and enterprise innovation performance needs to be further discussed.Finally,there are relatively few quantitative and empirical studies in the existing literature,mostly qualitative studies such as case analysis and concept elaboration,and there is a lack of discussion on the long-term dynamic evolution law behind it.On the whole,the research method in this regard is relatively single.Based on the above research background,this thesis focuses on the influence of knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem.Firstly,based on the existing theory and literature review,this thesis defines the main concepts of enterprise innovation and enterprise innovation performance,open innovation ecosystem and open innovation ecological network,knowledge interaction and knowledge interaction capability;secondly,on the basis of analyzing the motivation of enterprise knowledge interaction,the formation process of knowledge interaction network and related characteristics,this thesis constructs a model of enterprise knowledge interaction from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem,and analyzes the elements of enterprise knowledge interaction capability;Thirdly,based on the path of "knowledge interaction capability--open innovation ecological network--enterprise innovation performance",this thesis constructs a theoretical model of the influence of knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance.Fourthly,empirical test is carried out on the theoretical model hypothesis by combining questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods;Fifthly,based on the empirical research conclusion and relevant knowledge interaction theory,this thesis constructs a system dynamics simulation model of the impact of knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem,and uses Vensim software for simulation.The evolution law of the impact of knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance and the key variables affecting the evolution process are found from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem.Finally,some relevant policy suggestions are put forward according to the research conclusions.The whole process combines qualitative research,quantitative research and system simulation research to obtain the following main research conclusions:(1)Enterprise knowledge interaction from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem includes both internal knowledge interaction and external knowledge interaction;In the process of knowledge interaction,knowledge resources have been optimized,redistributed and co-evolved in the innovation ecosystem.The whole process is open,innovative and ecological.(2)The four dimensions of enterprise knowledge interaction capability,including search&matching capability,knowledge absorption capability,knowledge sharing capability and knowledge exploitation capability,have a direct and significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.(3)Enterprise knowledge interaction capability has an impact on enterprise open innovation ecological network.Among them,knowledge search&matching capability,knowledge acquisition capability and knowledge absorptive capability mainly have a positive impact on the duel degree of relationship;Knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge absorptive capability,knowledge sharing capability,knowledge exploitation capability and intellectual property protection capability have a positive impact on network relationship quality;Knowledge search&matching capability,knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge sharing capability,knowledge exploitation capability and intellectual property protection capability have a positive impact on network centeredness;Knowledge sharing capability,knowledge exploitation capability and intellectual property protection capability have a positive impact on network openness.(4)The duel degree of relationship,network relationship quality,network centeredness and network openness of enterprise open innovation ecological network positively affect enterprise innovation performance.(5)Enterprise knowledge interaction capability can also have an indirect impact on enterprise innovation performance through open innovation ecological network.Some dimensions of open innovation ecological network play an intermediary role.(6)When an enterprise has a certain innovation foundation,the impact of external open innovation ecological network on its innovation performance will continue to increase.To a large extent,the improvement of enterprise innovation performance depends on the mutual driving and common development of its independent innovation capability and its open innovation ecological network.(7)The implementation of open innovation ecological strategy and a good innovation ecological environment help enterprises build a stable open innovation ecological network and improve their innovation performance.The main innovations and theoretical contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)This thesis constructs a theoretical model of the impact of enterprise knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem,and verifies the model by empirical research,which enriches the existing research of open innovation ecosystem theory.(2)This thesis constructs a system dynamics model of the impact of enterprise knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem,and carries out simulation analysis and sensitivity analysis.It is found that the long-term evolution law of the impact of knowledge interaction capability on enterprise innovation performance and the key factors affecting the evolution from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem.In addition,the empirical research and system dynamics simulation analysis of this thesis are also beneficial exploration of the research methods of open innovation ecosystem.(3)This thesis constructs an enterprise knowledge interaction model from the perspective of open innovation ecosystem,and puts forward "knowledge interaction capability" to systematically describe the dynamic ability of enterprises to carry out various knowledge interaction activities with other subjects,which enriches the theory of enterprise knowledge management.
