In the era of knowledge economy and shared economy,the acquisition and application of knowledge and the open environment are crucial to the development of enterprises.Knowledge management ability is one of the key factors to improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises,and the core competitiveness of enterprises will be enhanced.The performance of technological innovation of enterprises will also be improved.The success of an enterprise is to find the melody of the era,to subvert and transcend itself,to evolve from simple demand to community interaction and resource matching through the collision with external excellent resources and self knowledge management capabilities.China's independent innovation capability is weak,and its ability to absorb external knowledge is weak.The open innovation environment not only enhances the openness of the company's opening to the outside world,but also enhances its knowledge management capabilities and ultimately enhances its technological innovation performance.The established development goals of the company.In the ever-changing market environment,companies need to strengthen their ties with the outside world,break the boundaries of the original closed boundaries,and jointly respond to the ever-changing external environment.Due to the uncertainty of the technological innovation environment,the enterprise's innovation model has undergone major changes,from a simple linear model to a complex network model.The boundaries of the enterprise are no longer confined to the original closed state.In the foreseeable future,open-ended Innovation will certainly provide a broad space for the enhancement of enterprise knowledge management capabilities,and the transfer of knowledge as the key to improving its technical performance in the future development of enterprises.Therefore,in the context of open innovation,knowledge management capabilities are conducive topromoting technological innovation.This paper first analyzes the status quo of open innovation,and the relationship between knowledge management ability and enterprise technology innovation performance,defines the connotation of related concepts,and analyzes the knowledge management ability of enterprise innovation performance under the background of open innovation.The impact of the knowledge management ability in the context of open innovation plays an important role in the formation of competitive advantage.The research idea of the thesis is to study the relationship between open innovation and knowledge management ability,and analyze the impact of this ability on the performance of enterprise performance innovation.This paper believes that open innovation can be analyzed from the breadth and depth of enterprise openness.This capability includes several components.One is the four dimensions of knowledge application,transformation,protection,and acquisition.The performance of technological innovation is output from innovation.And the innovation process performance is measured in two aspects.This paper takes the domestic large enterprises as the research object,and at the same time,establishes the corresponding theoretical research model,issues questionnaires to the leaders and employees in the enterprise,and obtains 311 valid questionnaires.On the basis of the above,the theoretical hypothesis has been tested accordingly.(1)Open innovation has a positive correlation with knowledge management capabilities.(2)Knowledge management ability is positively correlated with enterprise technology innovation performance.(3)There is a positive correlation between open innovation and technological innovation performance.According to the empirical research data,this paper mainly proposes the policy and management opinions of improving the technological innovation performance of enterprises through the promotion of knowledge management ability under thebackground of open innovation,and points out the limitations and future of this paper.Prospects for research.
