The innovation ecosystem is a multi-agent economic community with symbiotic relationship and an open system based on long-term trust.With the deepening of the specialization of knowledge and the decentralization of technology research and development,it is more and more difficult for single-agent innovation practice to achieve progress.It is necessary to accelerate technological progress through effective knowledge transfer and exchange.Knowledge transfer provides an important way for the subject to stimulate innovation and promote technological progress.On the one hand,it can play a positive catalytic role for the generation of individual innovative knowledge;on the other hand,it can effectively promote the sustainable development of the innovation ecosystem.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of knowledge transfer between knowledge subjects is of positive significance to promote the technological progress of knowledge subjects and the healthy development of the innovation ecosystem.Based on this,this paper focuses on the knowledge transfer mechanism between innovation ecosystem agents as the research center,using evolutionary game theory,infectious disease dynamics and other methods to study the knowledge transfer mechanism between innovation ecosystem agents under the influence of multi-dimensional factors Based on this,strategies are proposed to promote knowledge transfer between subjects and build a good ecological relationship in the system.The research content mainly includes:(1)Research on the influencing factors of knowledge transfer among subjects of innovation ecosystem based on multi-dimensional perspective.Through the literature analysis method,from the three dimensions of the internal level of knowledge subjects,the level of knowledge subjects and the level of innovation ecosystem,integrate and summarize the set of factors that affect the knowledge transfer between subjects,and deeply analyze the specific impact of various factors on the knowledge transfer between subjects.(2)Research on the mechanism of knowledge transfer between subjects based on evolutionary game.On the basis of integrating knowledge transfer factors at the internal and inter-subject levels of knowledge subjects,using evolutionary game methods and simulation methods,the factors such as knowledge leakage risks,collaborative capabilities,and knowledge transfer costs are introduced into the game model for dynamic simulation analysis.Analyze the influence mechanism of key factors on the knowledge transfer strategy of knowledge subjects.(3)Research on the mechanism of knowledge transfer between subjects based on the dynamics of infectious diseases.On the basis of integrating knowledge transfer factors at the internal level of the knowledge subject and the overall level of the innovation ecosystem,drawing on the infectious disease dynamic model,considering the heterogeneous factors of the subject caused by differences in ecological relationships and the contact rate of the knowledge subject,etc.,construct a heterogeneous inter-subject The knowledge transfer mechanism model,through model derivation and numerical simulation interactive verification,deeply analyzes the function mechanism of each characteristic variable in the process of knowledge transfer between the main subjects of the innovation ecosystem.(4)Research on the promotion strategy of knowledge transfer among the main subject of innovation ecosystem.On the basis of revealing the mechanism of knowledge transfer between subjects in the innovation ecosystem,aiming at the specific factors that hinder the stability of knowledge transfer cooperation between subjects,from the perspective of strengthening the protection of core knowledge,constructing a cost compensation mechanism,and guiding the free flow of factors,specific strategies are proposed to promote knowledge transfer between subjects and optimize the innovation ecosystem.
