ObjectiveBased on the clinical guide medical case,this paper explores the clinical application of Rehmannia in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the effective and scientific clinical medication of modern Chinese medicine.MethodBased on the theory of clinical guide medical record,this paper analyzes the application law of Rehmannia or the medical record of Rehmannia contained in the prescription.Micosoft excel was used to sort out the data labels of its medical record name,disease type,symptom,etiology and pathogenesis,pulse,tongue,compatibility of rehmannia,prescription and treatment,to establish a database,and spss.20 was used for data cleaning and analysis.Results(1)There are 2576 cases of medical case retrieval in the clinical guide medical case,among which 607 Cases(23.6%)of all kinds of rehmannia,processed products or prescriptions contain Rehmannia drugs such as rehmannia pill,Liuwei rehmannia pill,Shenqi Pill,etc.(2)The medical records of Rehmannia in clinical guide medical record include:①Diseases:in 607 Cases of rehmannia,64 diseases were involved,accounting for 76.7%of the total diseases.The most frequently used disease was hematemesis,accounting for 14.17%,followed by asthenia labor,postpartum,cough,enuresis,dysentery,liver wind,warm heat,convulsion,drenching,menstruation and so on.②Symptoms:there are 114 kinds of symptoms,among which bleeding is the most frequent,accounting for 16.42%,followed by cardiothoracic distress,shortness of breath,cough,epigastral discomfort,sweating,diarrhea,fever,vomiting and hiccup,hemoptysis and so on.③Etiology and pathogenesis:there are 70 descriptions of etiology and pathogenesis,among which 10 etiology and pathogenesis occur more than 20 times,the highest frequency is Yin deficiency and internal heat,accounting for 16.27%,followed by wind Yang internal movement,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,heat into blood,liver and kidney yin deficiency,Yin fluid deficiency,kidney Yin deficiency,warm heat internal accumulation,heat evil injures Yin,stomach yin deficiency,etc.④Pulse:there are 33 kinds of pulse description,among which 11 kinds of pulse appear more than 10 times.The most common pulse description is pulse number,followed by pulse small,pulse thin,pulse empty,pulse string,pulse astringent,pulse left more than right,pulse strong,pulse weak,pulse big,pulse number,etc.At present,82 cases are recorded,accounting for 27.70%.According to the results of the research on the correlation between Rehmannia drugs and specific pulse conditions,we found that raw rehmannia,raw rehmannia,large raw rehmannia and pulse number,raw rehmannia and pulse fine,nine systems of cooked earth,raw earth and pulse deficiency,big raw earth,cooked earth,raw earth charcoal and pulse string,fried ripe earth,raw earth,raw earth charcoal and pulse left more than right,fried ripe earth,nine systems of cooked earth and pulse astringent,fried rehmannia and pulse weak,raw rehmannia and pulse strong,etc The relationship was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑤Tongue image:there are 21 kinds of description of tongue image,among which there are 2 kinds of tongue image with frequency more than 10 times,among which red tongue is the most common,accounting for 1.63%,red tongue is the second,accounting for 1.18%,followed by red tongue,white tongue,red tongue and dry tongue,dry tongue,yellow tongue heart,yellow tongue fur,etc.It was found that there were statistically significant relationships among prepared rehmannia,raw rehmannia and red tongue,fresh rehmannia,fine rehmannia and red tongue,yellow tongue heart,yellow tongue moss,fresh rehmannia and white tongue,dry tongue,yellow tongue,fine rehmannia and yellow tongue edge(P<0.05).⑥Compatibility of Rehmannia glutinosa:there are 265 kinds of raw or cooked herbs,13 kinds of which are used more than 80 times,especially Poria cocos,184 times;Ophiopogon japonicus,179 times;tuckahen,170 times;ginseng,asparagus,white peony,yam,Cortex Moutan,liquorice,Cornus officinalis,Achyranthes bidentata,which belong to rehmannia.⑦Cheng Fang:there are 187 medical records about the application of rehmannia,and in 105 medical records,Rehmannia is used,supplemented by the addition and subtraction of Shenqi Pill to achieve the effect of Tonifying Kidney Yang.Two of the 24 basic prescriptions contain rehmannia and rehmannia,supplemented by ginseng Guben pill and Ganlu drink.In another 108 medical records,Rehmannia is used,supplemented by the addition and subtraction of Liuwei pill to achieve the effect of Tonifying Kidney Yin.,⑧ Treatment dodage and method:as for the application method of rehmannia,the common dosage of prepared rehmannia and raw Rehmannia is three coins.The decoction can not only lead the medicine to reach the sick place,disperse wind evil and lead the evil out,but also can relieve the wind and clear the heat.In addition,the common dosage of prepared rehmannia pill is four Liang,which can be taken by small pills in several times,which can alleviate the disease and guide the effect of the medicine to the lower part of the body.ConclusionAccording to Ye Tianshi’s clinical guide medical record,Rehmannia accounts for 1/4 of the total application.Rehmannia can be using to real-Yin and kindney in eight principles of pattern identification.And also can enchance other five visceras.It is using Rehmannia to enrich Yin and enrich blood,Qi and Yang.Then,using its to enrich any deficiency and treat external contraction.Mr.Ye Tianshi,who is a creator,using Rehmannia for treating external disease which is caused by heat,yang transforming into wind or dampness.And then can use to treat phlegm or blood stasis.It can be used in all departments except for the differences in compatibility.
