| In the era of knowledge economy,scientific and technological innovation has become a new engine to reshape the world economic structure and the pattern of international competition with the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology.With the in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China,the accumulation of scientific and technological resources is increasing rapidly,and the demand of scientific and technological innovation is becoming increasingly complex and personalized.In this situation,the scientific and technological innovation service platform of each region in China as a network platform system including regional scientific and technological resources sharing platforms and technical service platforms of key industries,its existing basic service mode of independent single is hard to effectively meet the needs of the efficient allocation of regional scientific and technological resources and the actual requirement of the development of regional scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship.Lots of problems have been exposed,such as the weak ability of innovation supporting,low efficiency of service,redundant or gap of integrated resources,out-dated management methods,etc.Thus it is urgent to introduce an advanced theory and management method to the regional scientific and technological innovation service platform development.The sustainable development and service of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform needs to comply with the laws of ecology,therefore,the advanced ecological development concept is introduced in this dissertation,and from the perspective of ecologicalization,on the basis of revealing regional science and technology innovation service platform ecological evolution mechanism,the dissertation constructs regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological service mode,It has great theoretical and realistic significance to guide our local governments on not only the overall planning of future sustainable development and service orientation of scientific and technological innovation service platform and the efficient allocation of regional scientific and technological resources,but also the effective services which support the regional scientific and technological innovation and the perfection of platform service system.Firstly,based on the analysis of service functions and development needs of regional scientific and technology innovation service platform,and from the ecological perspective,the dissertation defines the connotation of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecologicalization,and explores population behaviors of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform.Then constructes ecological cycle model of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform based on hyper cycle theory.Meanwhile,the dissertation reveals the evolution process and laws of the regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecologicallization by analyzing evolution conditions and motives.Secondly,based on analysis the ecological evolution mechanism of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform,and according to the regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological evolution stage,the dissertation constructs three kinds of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological service mode,namely the fine service mode,smart service mode and wisdom service mode,then gives service mode selection and dynamic conversion strategy with the regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological development.Thirdly,in order to ensure smoothly operation of the service mode,the dissertation designs the operational mechanism of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological service mode which includes the demand side guidance mechanism,supply side optimization mechanism,service balance mechanism and service evolution mechanism.Fourthly,in order to effectively grasp the practical service effect of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological development,the dissertation designs the evaluation system of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological service effect.At last,taking Heilongjiang scientific and technological innovation service platform as the empirical research object,based on the analysis of scientific and technological innovation service platform development status in Heilongjiang,the dissertation identifies the evolution stage of Heilongjiang scientific and technological innovation service platform ecologicalization,then selects and designs the service mode suitable for its development,and evaluate practical service effect of scientific and technological innovation service platform ecological development in Heilongjiang,then gives the operation strategy of service mode.This study not only provides important theoretical support and method guidance for indicating future sustainable development and service orientation of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform,and enriching the service theoretical system of scientific and technological innovation service platform,as well as supporting our local governments in overall management and formulating the development planning for regional scientific and technological innovation service platform.but also has important practical significance to promote the service innovation of regional scientific and technological innovation service platform,provide more effective service support for the development of regional science and technology innovation activities,enhance the level of regional science and technology innovation and improve
