Research On Scientific And Technological Service System Of Jinjiang Creativity Entrepreneurship And Innovation Park

Strengthening the construction of scientific and technological service system,and giving full play to the support and leading role of scientific and technological innovation to economic development have become the key to determine whether regional economy can develop rapidly and continuously.At the moment,the global economy has changed rapidly,how to effectively enhance the company's research and development,innovation and development ability,guide enterprises to achieve "start a new undertaking",become a test before transformation to the main front of Jinjiang by the traditional manufacturing industry.Jinjiang Creativity Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park(hereinafter referred to as the "Three C Park")is an important carrier of Jinjiang municipal Party committee,municipal government service industry transformation and upgrading,but also to promote public entrepreneurship,innovation,and to build an upgraded version of the new engine of Jinjiang economy."Three C Park" bears the important mission of promoting the transformation and upgrading of Jinjiang City,how to build an effective service system of science and technology and the innovation service system,to enhance the city innovation ability and enhance regional competitiveness,is an important topic for us to discuss.The goal of this paper is to draw the experience and Inspiration of the construction of science and technology service system in science park.Focus on "Three C Park" as an example.Through the investigation and summary of the service system of "Three C Park",the demand of the scientific and technological enterprises in the park and the short board of the service development of science and technology are defined.The goal,tasks and measures of speeding up the construction and improvement of the service system of science and technology innovation in science and technology parks are put forward.First of all,the author analyzes the foundation of the construction of the science and technology service system in the Science Park.By comparing and analyzing the construction of science and technology service system of excellent science and Technology Parks at home and abroad,we can get the inspiration of experience summary and innovation development.Then,this paper uses empirical research to investigate the enterprises,government units and employees in the park,and analyzes the current situation of the construction of scientific and technological service system on "Three C Park".Finally,the author summarizes and puts forward some suggestions on how to set up and perfect the service system of "Three C Park".From the platform carrier,innovation resources,science and technology finance,technology intermediary,talent introduction,cultural brand and guarantee system,the service system of science and technology in the park has been strengthened.I hope that it will promote "Three C Park" to become a place where talent accumulation,innovation,resource concentration and scientific and technological achievements will be highly concentrated.It can become a rapid industrial development,institutional and vigorous "Strait Silicon Valley",thus promoting the development of regional economy.
