In recent years, the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the "Network Power" strategy, accelerating the deployment of the next generation of Internet and communications networks, fiber access and broadband wireless mobile communications development. These measurements have stimulated the construction of seamless high-speed network environment.Since the beginning of the 21st century, internet and other new media media application technology has become the most innovative and widely used new technology means. From a global perspective, the collaborative innovation technology, represented by the Internet, has been applied to various fields of integration and breakthrough of cross-border cooperation. The deep application of the Internet in various fields of the economy and society can not only transform traditional industries and develop new forms, but is also the key to reconstruct the innovation system, stimulate innovation and build a innovative economy. In contemporary China,an evident fact is that rural migrant workers are still at the bottom of the Chinese society. They are still disadvantaged in labor and housing market, children's education, social security and other aspects of public service.Their work and life is also segregated from the protection of urban institutions and social organizations, which means they can not really integrate into the cities.Their job and social ladders,as well as economic status and social mentality, have shown a strong "marginalized" trend.Meanwhile,we are also aware that in recent years, cellphone and other new media technology have begun to benefit rural migrant workers' life and work, and thus have been changing the micro environment of their development in urban areas.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the impact of the use of new media, this study focuses on a series of impacts of new media on the behavior of rural migrant workers in the labor market. In reality,we find that more and more rural migrant workers begin to use new media in information searching, social interaction and emotional communication and many other activities.Migrant workers coming to cities instantly face the urban labor market, while in the labor market they search for the first job or re-search for conversion.Furthermore,it is a matter of concern for migrant workers that whether they are able to find a job matching their own ability and whether the job brings satisfaction. At the same time, the level of job satisfaction, one of the focuses of this research, incurs the change of rural migrants' identity and overall satisfaction of urban life. The new media, represented by network and mobile Internet terminal,is not only an instant messaging tool for migrant workers, but also a social resource to create social tools. With multi-tool role of new media in hand, rural migrant workers continue to change their status quo in order to adapt to the development of the city to and enhance self-city adaptability, even though they are trapped in the dual economic system.
