Objective:To explore dynamic influence of different factors?include demographic information,lifestyle information,medical history information,disease information and so on?of stroke patients on paitnet's function outcome,and provide a new idea and theoretical fundation for clinical rehabilitation strategy.Method:Two hundred and sixty-eight stroke patients were all administered standard tertiary rehabilitation program in addition to routine interventions of neurological medicine.Different factors about demographic information,lifestyle information,medical history information,disease information and so on were collected at he recruitment,and activities of daily living?ADL?infomation was evaluated at the recruitment,the end of the 1st,3rd,and 6thmonth separately after stroke.Results:?1?The main factors affecting ADL function in acute phase after stroke were stroke type?cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage??P<0.05?,atrial fibrillation?P<0.05?and sensroy function?P<0.05?.?2?The main factors affecting ADL function in restoration stage after stroke were hypertension?P<0.05?,sensroy function?P<0.05?and cognitive disorder?P<0.05?.?3?The main factors affecting ADL function in sequela stage after stroke were sensroy function?P<0.05?and cognitive disorder?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Stroke type?cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage?,atrial fibrillation and sensory function could influence ADL function of the patients immediately after stroke.And hypertension,sensory function and cognitive disorder may continuously affect the recovery of ADL function in stroke patients.
