| Purpose: Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),Clinically with thrombocytopenia as the first symptom of connective tissue disease,have petechiae and ecchymoses visible in patients with skin and mucosa,also can appear nasal bleeding,gingival bleeding,oral mucosal bleeding.Is the TCM of "muscle blood" "purple" and "grape disease".This disease is equivalent to traditional Chinese medicine in the purpura,Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,showing a certain therapeutic advantage.However,in the authoritative literature between authority and academic circles,academic circles,dialectical differences,and thus in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,experience and related Chinese medicine research has caused a lot of difficulties.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the differences and advantages and disadvantages of the disease.The pathogenesis of this disease is not clear,so it is considered to be caused by the change of platelet antigen.Through the observation of ITP model mice,to study the possible pathogenesis of ITP from many aspects,the whole cell,platelet,cytokines,and effective application are summarized by many years of experience in the clinical effect of modified to purpura granules of the model mice,so as to infer the mechanism of purpura granules may exist and to provide reference for clinical application.。Material and method:The authoritative literature on ITP syndrome differentiation "Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of standard of authoritative literature dialectical norms",(referred to as "standard")"Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principle"(referred to as the "principles"),6 versions of the college textbook "Chinese medicine"(referred to as,Wang Ben,Zhang Ben,the house of Liu Ben,Zhou Ben,Chengdu),based on the above several kinds of authoritative literature comparative analysis,the solution to the differences in the differentiation of the disease on the question of the situation in authoritative literature.From China HowNet(CNKI),Chongqing VIP,Wanfang database from January1996 to December 2016 on the Chinese medicine treatment of ITP journals in the 20 years.Select 67 articles which are relatively clear and dialectical,as the research object of this paper,and analyze the dialectical situation of ITP in academic circles.The ITP mouse model was established by immunization.The model group and normal group were given 0.4ml/20 g of distilled water every day,and the other groups were given the corresponding medicine for gastric lavage.Once a day,a total of 14 days was given,and the mice were sacrificed for the first fifteenth days.Comparison of indexes of ITP mice overall status,body weight,purpura were changes in before and after treatment,and to compare the effects of different doses of Kang Granule in the treatment of purpura and other treatment groups on the expression of cytokines of ITP mice and platelet count in bone marrow.。Results:1 Through the comparative analysis of authoritative literature and academic ITP,we can find:First,the standard is not uniform.Manifested in the "standard" "principle" and the various versions of "Chinese medicine internal medicine" teaching materials,the disease is not entirely consistent with the syndrome,there is no uniform standard,complex and diverse symptoms,there are similarities and differences.Second,the clinical syndrome further based on the authority of each acts in his own way,the discrete differentiation standard on literature.With the certificate of synonyms,synonyms in the same phenomenon is very common;each card belongs to the symptom of bloated complicated,and there are a lot of composite and cross the differentiation standard of symptoms,useless.Third,symptoms are not standardized,"the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine".In TCM symptoms of the disease,repeated not standardized TCM syndrome name,even without the use of Western Medicine symptoms copy,TCM terms,the TCM "integrative" confusion.In view of the above problems,it is urgent to establish an objective and standard ITP standard..2 In the model group compared with normal group mice significantly decreased body weight,body weight in each group after treatment were improved to some extent;subcutaneous visible purple appeared after modeling ITP mice at the trunk limbs near,after the drug group after treatment reduced;peripheral blood platelet count results showed that,compared with the normal group,model group decreased obviously,have significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,each treatment group were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group the content of IL-3 3 in bone marrow cells,Chinese medicine model group,control group,positive control group,low dose group were increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the model group,Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,high dose group,middle dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the IL-6 group and the low-dose group were significantly higher than those in the control group P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the control group and the high dose group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the content of IL-11,traditional Chinese medicine control group,model group,western medicine group,middle dose group,low dose group were increased,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,high dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the content of TPO,the model group and the treatment groups were decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,Chinese medicine control group and the content of low middle and high dose group were higher,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group TGF-beta 1 content,Chinese medicine model group,control group,western medicine group,high dose group,purpura purpura Kang Kang low dose group were significantly increased,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,each treatment group were decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The relative expression of IL-3mRNA compared with the normal group,model group and treatment group were increased,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,Chinese medicine group and high dose group were decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The relative expression of IL-6mRNA compared with the normal group,model group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and low dose group were increased,there was significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the model group,each treatment group were decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the relative expression level of IL-11 mRNA increased significantly in the model group and the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,each treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the relative expression level of TPOmRNA was lower than that of the normal group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the high dose grouphad significant difference(P<0.05).The relative expression compared with the normal group TGF-β1mRNA,model group and each dose group were increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with the model group,Chinese medicine control group,high dose group and low dose group were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 In the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the disease,there are many kinds of syndromes and the confusion of logical relations.Therefore,the academic circles should be combined with the condition,Quweicunzhen,unified title,number of ITP card by cutting out the superfluous,and dialectical norms as soon as possible.As long as the elimination of symptoms unrelated to the disease,clarify the logical relationship between the card and the symptoms,to determine the symptoms associated with the card,excluding irrelevant symptoms.Only a comprehensive and delete unrelated symptoms of the disease,combined with clinical practice standardization with disease of synonyms,overlapping symptoms and tongue and pulse,the symptoms limit at a reasonable and standard,will naturally take the card or the composite card card number Weakness lends wings to rumours.and scale.The collected data were analyzed by cluster analysis,principal component analysis and factor analysis,and then each group was collected by Delphy Fa.On this basis,after repeated verification of the academic community,can be identified as a universally recognized norms of differentiation,and then rise to the industry standards.2 Through the study found,purpura Kang Granule groups were significantly improved after treatment for weight and mental state,reactivity and appetite improved faster,the trunk appeared to reduce the degree of purpura,purpura color fades,or even disappear.The peripheral platelet count was increased,and the relative expression of IL-3,IL-6,IL-11,TGF-beta 1 and their relative expression of mRNA in bone marrow were decreased,and the concentration of TPO and the relative expression of mRNA were elevated.Purpura Kang particles from the clinical effective prescription,has good clinical efficacy.This experiment is to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new drugs,and provide new ideas for thetreatment of the disease. |
