Study On The Correlation And Clinical Efficacy Of Immunological Function And Syndrome Differentiation Of Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Purpose：Objective to immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) immune function index ofeach syndrome type of TCM and clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese andWestern Medicine, to summarize the relationship between immune thrombocytopenic purpuraimmunological changes with different TCM syndrome types and treatment to improve theclinical symptoms and the hemostatic effect of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine,analyze the clinical effect.Material and method：Failure of the deficient Qi to control flowing within the vesselstype, Blood extravasation due to blood-heat type, Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiencytype each15cases, a total of45patients meet the standard with ITP, treat by integratedtraditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Observe clinical symptoms, hemorrhage,peripheral blood platelet count and platelet autoantibodies level of patients before and aftertreatment, and analyze difference types of platelet count and platelet autoantibodies andclinical therapeutic effectiveness.Results：1.The peripheral blood platelet count of patients with ITP exists difference between Failure ofthe deficient Qi to control flowing within the vessels type, Blood extravasation due toblood-heat type, Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type. The tendency is: Failure ofthe deficient Qi to control flowing within the vessels type, Hyperactivity of fire due to yindeficiency type> Blood extravasation due to blood-heat type.2. The platelet autoantibodies level of patients with ITP exists difference between Failure ofthe deficient Qi to control flowing within the vessels type, Blood extravasation due toblood-heat type, Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type.3.Integral ratio of therapeutic effect of syndrome by treatment of ITP with integratedtraditional Chinese and Western Medicine is58.71%; efficiency of hemostatic efficacy is91.11%, integral ratio is50.60%；efficiency of platelet therapeutic efficacy is91.11%, plateletcount compared with those before treatment there was a significant difference（P<0.01）. Conclusion：1. The results suggest that there are some correlation between the TCM syndromedifferentiation with platelet count and platelet autoantibodies，can be used as one of ITP TCMsyndrome differentiation Micro dialectical index and PAIg can be used as one of mechanismof therapeutic effect index.2. Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of ITP in improvement insymptom, reduce hemorrhage, platelet count increased get good curative effect, and worthspreading clinically.
