The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome In 152 Patients With Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura And Correlation With Western Medicine Index Of PLT Et

Objective:TO study the regularity of syndrome distribution of 1.52 patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical,objective indexs of western medicine,and relationship between PLT count and PAIgG Methods:The 152 patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,according to the traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,will operate TCM differentiation typing while the level of PLT in blood were measured,among the level of 65 patients PAIgG in blood were measured.The correlation of TCM differentiation typing and PLT count and PAIgG were analyzed.Result:(1)The distribution of TCM syndrome in 152 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura: TCM differentiation typing operated are prevalence of heat in the blood,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of yang of spleen and kidney,deficiency of yin of liver and kidney. deficiency of qi and blood stasis dominated 49.34%in the four syndrome- types. deficiency types stasis dominated 93.42%in all patients.(2)PLT count from prevalence of heat in the blood,deficiency of yin of liver and kidney,deficiency of qi and blood to deficiency of yang of spleen and kidney in order to advance.PAIgG from deficiency of yin of liver and kidney,prevalence of heat in the blood,deficiency of qi and blood to deficiency of yang of spleen and kidney in order to degrade.PLT count and PAIgG in blood did show the significant difference among prevalence of heat in the blood, deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of yang of spleen and kidney,deficiency of yin of liver and kidney(P＜0.05).PLT count in blood displayed the significant difference between sthenia syndrome group and deficient syndrome group(P＜0.05).PAIgG in blood did not show any significant difference between sthenia syndrome group and deficient syndrome group(P＞0.05)(3)Relationship between PLT count and PAIgG is negative correlation.Conclusion:(1)The distribution of TCM syndrome in 152 patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura:TCM differentiation typing operated are deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of yang of spleen and kidney,deficiency of yin of liver and kidney,deficiency of qi and blood stasis dominated 49.34%in the four syndrome-types,deficient syndrome more than sthenia syndrome.(2)PLT count and PAIgG in blood have relations with TCM syndrome of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.PLT count of prevalence of heat in the blood is lower.PLT count of sthenia syndrome group is lower than deficient syndrome group.PAIgG of yang of spleen and kidney is lowest.It offer objective evidence to microcosmic dialectical of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.PLI and PAIgG may use consult evidence of CITP'TCM syndrome.(3)Relationship between PLT count and PAIgG is negative correlation.
