Analysis On The Theory Called Open-Pivot-Close From Jia Bin Professor And Its Application Of Exogenous Febrile Patients

Objective:One is to carry out the inheritance research of the theory called Open-Pivot-Close and the summary of the clinical experience of Gansu Province Name-old-doctor of TCM Jia Bin,who si the fourth generation successorthe of TCM Family.Secondly,By using the Inheritance of TCM Auxiliary Platform (V2.5version), We conducted a retrospective study from Professor Jia Bin for his diagnosis and treatment of the externally contractedheat disease to summarize the clinical characteristic and the rule of the formula. It is advantageous to the inheritance of their experience.and provided a reference for TCM clinical treatment and scientific research work,also inspire new ideas for it.Methods:One is based on the theoretical research/we carryed out the theory called open-Pivot-Close from NeiJing to learn Jia Bin professor’s understanding of cademic thinking, and to analyse the Xiao-Yin-Dan and Xiao-Yang-Dan decoction from one of the Dunhuang documents named Auxiliary Verse on Drugs and Methods for Zangfu Organs by using it.The second method is based on data mining.We collected his outpatients prescriptionon in Gansu University of TCM Hospital’s electronic information and treatment system on August 1,2012 to November 31,2015, Including 1907 patient records prescriptions(there are 740 prescriptions for patients with chill cold and 1167 prescriptions for patients with wind-hot cold) of 1271 exogenous febrile patients(there are 493 patients with chill cold and 778 patients with wind-hot cold). So we can create the TCM Prescription Databases by using the Inheritance of TCM Auxiliary Platform (V2.5version) with these dates.Carrying out management,analysis and result output with all kinds of data mining methods,we can excavate his prescription thought about exogenous febrile disease and summarize the clinical characteristic and the rule of the formula in order to guide clinical practice effectively.Results:We collected Jia Bin professor’s outpatients prescriptionon in Gansu University of TCM Hospital’s electronic information and treatment system on August 1,2012 to November 31,2015, Including 1907 patient records prescriptions(there are 740 prescriptions for patients with chill cold and 1167 prescriptions for patients with wind-hot cold) of 1271 exogenous febrile patients(there are 493 patients with chill cold and 778 patients with wind-hot cold) by using the Inheritance of TCM Auxiliary Platform (V2.5version).there are 205 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine in 740 prescriptions for patients with chill cold. After statistics and analysis of them, we found the occurrence frequency of 15 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine(TCM) are more than 509. From high to low:Angelica Dahurica,Magnolia Flower, Fructus Xanthii, Licorice, Mint, Fructus Arctii, Radix Isatidis, Almond, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Radix Platycodi, Forsythia, Mulberry Leaf, Honeysuckle, Phragmites Communis, Chrysanthemum.And we found the occurrence frequency of 28 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine combination are more than 544. For example:Angelica Dahurica/Magnolia Flower, Angelica Dahurica/Fructus Xanthii, Fructus Xanthii/Magnolia Flower, Angelica Dahurica/Fructus Xanthii/Magnolia Flower, Angelica Dahurica/Liquorice, Angelica Dahurica/Mint, Magnolia Flower/Mint, Angelica Dahurica/Magnolia Flower/Mint,and so on.After complex system entropy clustering algorithm analysis, commonly used to include:Radix Isatidis/Windproof, Platycodon Grandiflorum/Cassia Twig, Fructus Arctii/Windproof, Radix Paeoniae Alba/Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba/Atractylodes, Fructus Arctii/Licorice, Fructus Arctii/Atractylodes, Forsythia/Windproof, Radix Isatidis/Atractylodes, Radix Platycodi/Windproof, Forsythia/Fritillaria, Radix Isatidis/Rhizoma Anemarrhenae. etc. And the core of the three ingredients portfolio includes:Poria Cocos/Orange/Pinellia, Radix Scrophulariae/Radix Ophiopogonis/Radix Rehmanniae, Gypsum/Rhizoma Anemarrhenae/White Mulberry Root-bark. Angelica Sinensis/Rhizoma Chuanxiong/Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radish Seed/Mustard/Perilla Seed,Radish Seed/Divine comedy/Chicken’s Gizzard-membrane, etc.And we also studied the four to eight core combination of herbs. Based on entropy level of unsupervised clustering method,we extracted and composed 12 new prescriptions in the treatment for patients with chill cold, and made network display pictures of the core of the new prescription combination drugs and the new prescription combination drugs.there are 247 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine in 1167 prescriptions for patients with wind-hot cold. After statistics and analysis of them, we found the occurrence frequency of 12 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine(TCM) are more than 657.From high to low:Licorice Root,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Almond, Platycodon Grandiflorum, Fructus Arctii,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Isatidis,Fructus Forsythiae,Fritillaria,Mulberry Leaf,Chrysanthemum,Phragmites communis. And we found the occurrence frequency of 28 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine combination are more than 634. For example:Rhizoma Anemarrhenae/Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae/Almond, Licorice/Radix Platycodi, Radix Isatidis/Fructus Arctii, Licorice/Fructus Arctii, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae/Fritillaria, Liquorice/Bulb of Fritillary, Radix Isatidis/Licorice, Honeysuckle/Forsythia, and so on. After complex system entropy clustering algorithm analysis, commonly used to include:Radix Isatidis/Caulis Dendrobii, Fructus Arctii/Tangerine, Fructus Arctii/Radix Trichosanthis, Radix Isatidis/Pinellia, Fructus Arctii/Caulis Dendrobii, Mulberry Leaf/Atractylodes, Forsythia/Boat-fruited Sterculia, Chrysanthemum/Pinellia, Reed Root/Tangerine, Forsythia/Pinellia, Radix Platycodi/Shawl,etc. And we also studied the four to eight core combination of herbs. Based on entropy level of unsupervised clustering method,we extracted and composed 10 new prescriptions in the treatment for patients with wind-hot cold, and made network display pictures of the core of the new prescription combination drugs and the new prescription combination drugs.Conclusion:1. Professor Jia Bin values six-channel gasification when he discussed the pathogenesis for the treatment of exogenous febrile.Based on the theory called open-Pivot-Close from NeiJing, He analysed the formation mechanism of the Da-Yin-Dan and Da-Yang-Dan decoction from the book named Auxiliary Verse on Drugs and Methods for Zangfu Organs,also Of the chill cold and the wind-hot cold.And he Choosed Xin-Wen relieving drugs and Xin-liang relieving drugs by using the Continuity of Circumfluence theory to regulate the body.2. we created the TCM Prescription Databases by using the Inheritance of TCM Auxiliary Platform (V2.5version) with a large amount of data. This method is convenient we stored and retrieved Jia Bin professor’s outpatients prescriptionon. It is also convenient to let us scientific use of integrated data mining methods to search and analysis laws of his prescriptions but Network visualization to show you them. This method can avoid the subjectivity in the Name-old-doctor of TCM.And with it,a new way of relevance to dig the hidden rules,new knowledge and information are obtained.And it is advantageous to the inheritance of Jia Bin professor’s experience. This method can also be used in finding new prescription and auxiliarying new traditional Chinese medicine researched and developed.
