| As the foundation work of Traditional Chinese medicine,Huangdi Neijing has constructed the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and set up the unique way of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Its theory is also a powerful weapon to guide clinical practice.The Theory of "Opening and Closing Points" of the Six Classics was first published in The Book,but there have been some differences in interpretation since ancient times,and the clinical application rules of "opening and Closing Points" still need to be further explored.Treatise on Februaries inherits the academic thoughts of Huangdi’s Internal Canon,especially the practical clinical practice of the theory of "opening and closing the Pivots" in huangdi’s Internal Canon,which is included in the six Classics disease and syndrome system established by treatise.Later generations of doctors also carried out a lot of clinical practice under the guidance of this theory.Therefore,it is of great literature research value and clinical guidance significance to explore the connotation,extension and clinical application of "opening and closing pivots" theory of the six classics of Huangdi Neijing by using the prescriptions of Treatise on Februaries and the relevant application of physicians of later generations.At the same time,the opening and closing of the six Classics in Huangdi Neijing can provide a new research perspective for the systematic interpretation of Treatise on Februaries.1.Research ObjectivesPart Ⅰ:Tracing the historical and cultural background formed by the theory of Opening and Closing Pivots in Huangdi Neijing,analyzing the connotation and extension of the theory;Clarify the dialectical relationship between opening and closing pivots and qi movement,three Yin and three Yang,qi in specimens and the six Classics of Treatise on February-related Diseases;Based on the understanding of the normal movement rules of opening and closing pivots,the common diseases of opening and closing pivots in abnormal state are sorted out.Part Ⅱ:In the middle part,the connotation of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" was summarized,and the internal relations among the causes,mechanisms,syndromes,treatment and prescriptions of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" were discussed from the perspective of the theory of six meridians opening and closing.The internal relations among cause,mechanism,syndrome,treatment and prescription and syndrome of yangming disease.Starting from the prescriptions and syndromes of ’Shanghan Lun’s solar disease and Yangming disease,this paper explains the internal relationship between the opening and closing pivots of the six meridians.Part Ⅲ:All clinical medical records of Professor Chen Ming in the past four years were collected and sorted out,and the medical records in line with the diagnosis of solar disease and yangming disease were screened.Data mining was carried out by using statistical methods.Combined with the actual situation of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the symptom performance characteristics and medication rules of solar disease and yangming disease under the guidance of the theory of opening and closing pivots were interpreted and summarized.2.Research MethodsPart ONE:Systematically combs the origin of the theory of "opening and closing pivots"of the six Classics.(1)Dating research:Dating the dates of the huangdi Neijing and Treatise on Februaries,and collecting and sorting out the literature of philosophy,agriculture,history,astronomy,calendar and other disciplines before the Han Dynasty as the literature sources to study the formation background of the theory of opening and closing.(2)Tracing research:The collected Traditional Chinese medicine literature of the Han Dynasty and before is divided into three parts:"Traditional Chinese medicine literature","Unearthed Traditional Chinese medicine literature" and "Lost or Lost Traditional Chinese medicine literature",and the main theoretical content of the traditional Chinese medicine literature and unearthed traditional Chinese medicine literature are reviewed one by one.The bibliography of lost Chinese medicine literature was summarized and the main research direction was summarized by title.It strives to restore the theoretical background of TCM when the theory of opening and closing pivots was formed.(3)Cross-study:the collected non-medical literatures of the Han Dynasty and its previous generations were classified according to four parts:Classics,history,sub-parts and collections,and the main academic viewpoints and thinking systems of the literatures were summarized according to their different content categories.The ideological and cultural background of the formation of the theory of opening and closing pivots was summarized based on the study of the medical literatures of the Han Dynasty and its predecessors.This paper focuses on the influence of Taoism and Confucianism on the formation and development of the theory of opening and closing Pivots.(4)Exegesis and textual research:with the help of shuo Wen Jie Zi,Er Ya and Shu Ming,the exegesis research method is used to explain the meanings of "Yin and Yang","kai and He Shu" from the angles of form,sound and meaning.(5)Edition collation:Proofread and correct the relevant lections of multiple editions of Huangdi Neijing,Huangdi Neijing Taisu and Moxibustion Jiayi Jing by Wang Bingben and Shi Song.(6)literature research system to collect the acknowledgement from the han to the Ming and qing dynasties for the open close note the content of the theory of pivot,combing the acknowledgement six channels,and the normal model and pathological rule of the opening and closing pivots were summarized respectively.Part Ⅱ:This paper analyzes the syndrome and treatment rules of Sanyang disease in Treatise on Februaries with the theory of "opening and closing pivots" of six Classics.(1)Literature research:Through the retrieval of relevant prescriptions and syndromes of Sanyang disease,from the perspective of open and close pivot theory,the integration analysis of the principles,methods,prescriptions and syndromes of Sanyang disease is carried out.(2)Theoretical discussion:Combined with the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment,the connotation and application law of prescriptions and syndromes of ’Shanghan Lun’ and ’Yangming’ are expounded from the perspective of opening and closing pivot.3.Part Ⅲ:The use of data mining methods through the collation and analysis of clinical medical records to explain the clinical characteristics and medication rules of solar disease and yangming disease.(1)Analysis of medical records:Collect and collate clinical medical records in line with the diagnosis of solar disease and Yangming disease,review and summarize to enrich and improve the clinical practice application of open and close pivot theory.(2)Data integration and mining:statistical methods were used to analyze and process the clinical medical records of the application of open and close pivot theory in the treatment of solar disease and Yangming disease,and the data processing results were interpreted combined with clinical practice.Research Result(1)A preliminary understanding of the Six Classics has been formed in the early Western Han Dynasty,but there is no consensus on the contents recorded in the unearthed bamboo slips.(2)Until the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty,the study of traditional Chinese medicine covers the basic theory,prescriptions,herbs,health preservation,blessings,room surgery,pregnancy and childbirth,stone needle moxibustion and other aspects.The discussion mainly focuses on the four fields of medical classics,medical prescriptions,immortals and room.From the collation of ancient medical books,unearthed documents and catalogues of lost medical books,the study of room surgery is the most.In the Eastern Han Dynasty,the main understanding of prescriptions was still empirical prescriptions based on symptom matching.(3)The formation of the opening and closing pivot theory was influenced by the multi-school academic thoughts from the ancient times to the early Western Han Dynasty.Among them,the Yin and Yang theory,the five elements theory,the Tianmen theory,the doctrine of the mean,the noble thought and the three talents theory contributed the most.In the way of thinking,the formation of the open-close pivot theory is affected by the classification methods of monism,dichotomy and trichotomy.The writing habits of traditional Chinese medicine literature in the Qin and Han Dynasties were affected by the contrast,implicit,spring and autumn strokes.(4)The theory of yin and yang originated from the intuitive understanding of the changes in the darkness of day and night by the ancients,and was closely related to the formation of ancient time-keeping methods.The formation and development of calendar promoted the formation of the theory of four seasons and five elements in TCM.(5)The word "Jueyin" was originally created by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The exegetical meaning of the word itself can reflect the general understanding of the characteristics of Jueyin in TCM.(6)The arguments of ancient physicians on the theory of open-close pivot mainly revolve around ’the relationship between yin-yang separation and closure and open-close pivot’and ’three’Research Conclusions(1)The theory of opening and closing pivots was formed approximately from the pre-Qin period to the Western Han Dynasty.The formation of the opening and closing pivot theory was influenced by the ancients ’epistemology of heaven and earth nature and the logical thinking method of analogy induction under the background of the times.At the same time,it was also influenced by the yin and yang theory,the five elements theory,the three talents theory,the noble life theory,the doctrine of the mean,the Tianmen theory and the lunar calendar.(2)From the perspective of exegetics,the proposal of the theory of "three yin and three yang" of "Huangdi Neijing" reflects the ancients’ understanding and thinking about the physiological composition and function of human body under the background of the times.The establishment of the six meridians classification system of ’Treatise on Febrile Diseases ’was influenced by the opening and closing pivot theory of three yin and three yang in ’Huangdi Neijing’.(3)The meaning of ’Jue’ in ’Jue Yin’ is ’binding’ and ’limiting’.’Jue Yin’ is both the terminal of Yin Qi and the rebirth of Yang Qi,so the original meaning of ’Jue Yin’ is that Yin Qi is restricted and bound by Yang Qi.(4)In terms of the amount of static yin and yang,the sun’s yang is the strongest,followed by yangming,and Shaoyang is the last;in terms of the dynamic trend of solar growth and decline,the sun is the end of the sun,and the sun is the pure sun.The prosperity of the sun and the prosperity of the sun are evaluated from static and dynamic perspectives,which are not contradictory.(5)From the ’Huangdi Neijing’ opening and closing pivot theory to re-understand the ’Treatise on Febrile Diseases’ three-yang disease,the following conclusions can be drawn:solar disease
