Research Of Febrile Disease School Of Herb-using Regulation In Vertigo Based On Data Mining

Objectives:The purpose of this article is to collect and sort out the medical cases and prescriptions of doctors from the Warm Disease School who treat vertigo.The article also standardizes the information of Chinese herbal medicines in the prescriptions,applies data mining techniques,and explores the medication rules and academic thoughts of doctors from the Warm Disease School in diagnosing and treating vertigo.The article aims to draw on their diagnostic and therapeutic features and experiences,to make the theory inheritance of treating vertigo by doctors from the Warm Disease School more complete and systematic,to provide more guidance and reference for prescribing medicines for preventing and treating vertigo by Chinese medicine in the future,and to promote the basic research of new Chinese medicine formulas.Methods:The methods of this article are as follows:(1)Collect and sort out the medical cases of doctors from the Warm Disease School who treat vertigo from the following books: “Complete Works of Ye Tianshi’s Medicine”,“Sao Ye Zhuang Medical Cases”,“Wu Jutong Medical Cases”,“Complete Works of Wang Mengying’s Medicine”,“Liu Baoyi Medical Cases”,“Xi Yu Medical Cases”,“Discussion on Seasonal Diseases”,“Combined Edition of Three Medical Cases from Qing Dynasty”and “Medical Cases of Warm Disease School”.(2)Manually filter and enter the prescription data,and establish a database after standardizing the data.(3)Enter the standardized medical case data into the software “Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform 2.5”,and use frequency statistics,association rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering methods to perform systematic data mining.(4)Based on the theory of Chinese medicine,describe and interpret the results,and find the medication rules,prescription characteristics,core drug combinations and new formula combinations of the prescriptions.The article tries to summarize and explain the medication rules and drug selection features of doctors from the Warm Disease School in diagnosing and treating vertigo.Results :(1)A total of 273 prescriptions for treating vertigo were screened out from “Ye Tianshi Medical Complete Book”,“Sao Ye Zhuang Medical Records ”,“ Wu Jutong Medical Records ”,“ Wang Mengying Medical Complete Book”,“Liu Baoyi Medical Records”,“Xi Yu Medical Records”,“Shi Bing Lun”,“Qing Dynasty Three Family Medical Records Combined Engraving” and “Wen Bing School Medical Records”.There are 261 kinds of Chinese medicines.(2)The frequency analysis of drug use showed that the top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use in 273 Chinese medicine prescriptions were: Poria cocos(91),Paeonia lactiflora(87),Rehmannia glutinosa(68),Chenpi(61),Pinellia ternata(57),Oyster(55),Chrysanthemum(54),Poria cocos spirit(52),Moutan bark(48),Cooked rehmannia glutinosa(46).The four qi of the Chinese medicine used are mainly cold,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,and they belong to the liver and kidney meridians.(3)The results of group prescription rules analysis based on association rules showed that the top 10 drug combinations with high frequency of occurrence were: Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos(44);Chenpi,Poria cocos(40);Rehmannia glutinosa,Paeonia lactiflora(37);Pinellia ternata,Chenpi(37);Moutan bark,Paeonia lactiflora(34);Paeonia lactiflora,Oyster(31);Pinellia ternata,Chenpi,Poria cocos(31);Paeonia lactiflora,Tribulus terrestris prickly pear fruit(28);Ejiao,Rehmannia glutinosa(26);Pinellia ternata,Bambusa tuldoides Munro(26).Bambusa tuldoides Munro,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata;Poria cocos,Aurantium fructus,Pinellia ternata;Ginger,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos;Rehmannia glutinosa,Paeonia lactiflora and so on are the drug combinations with the highest confidence.(4)Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,core drug combination analysis results extracted a total of 15 core drug combinations of 4-5 drugs for treating vertigo by Wenbing School doctors.(5)Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,we obtained 22 core combinations for new prescription clustering and 11 new prescriptions for treating vertigo.Conclusions:(1)The Wenbing School of physicians treats dizziness mainly from three aspects: wind,fire,and phlegm.When treating wind,they use Shudi,Niuxi,Ejiao,and pig spinal cord to nourish the liver and kidney and consolidate the foundation,and also use Shijueming,Muli,and Guiban to submerge the yang and calm the wind.When transforming phlegm,they weigh and use Banxia,Fuling,Chenpi,and Baizhu to regulate the spleen and stomach in the middle burner and control the source of phlegm.When clearing fire,they often choose Juhua,Ciji,Mudanpi,Luhui,etc.,to cool the liver and drain heat and treat the manifestation of excess,and also use Shengdihuang,Baishao to generate fluids and moisten and nourish the yin water.This indicates that dizziness is a disease that does not leave the liver,spleen,and kidney,and that its pathogenesis is mostly liver fire flaming upward,or yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,or phlegm turbidity obstructing the middle.The use of medicines is mostly to clear heat and drain fire or nourish yin and submerge yang or invigorate the spleen and transform phlegm,which has a more complete idea of formula and syndrome and a rule of medication,and provides a good guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of dizziness.However,when distinguishing and treating clinically,it is still necessary to combine the social and natural environment,seasonal and climatic characteristics,and individual symptoms and signs,and to carry out specific syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the time,place,and person.(2)Contemporary data mining technology can analyze,summarize,and refine the commonly used drugs,core prescriptions,and syndrome differentiation and treatment of famous physicians in ancient and modern times,and provide scientific methods for studying their formula and syndrome ideas,medication rules,and new Chinese medicine formulas,so that later generations of physicians can further inherit and develop the clinical experience and academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine,and make the tree of traditional Chinese medicine evergreen.
