Includes two aspects:operating the Shu ji and regulating the the relationship between both sides of pathogenesis. This paper presents the theory of Shu ji and regulation of pathogenesis as the basic principle of He Therapeutic Method.. Shu Ji is the key of the ascending, descending, exiting and entering of Qi. Dysfunction of the pivot will destroy the harmonious relationship between yin and yang, qi and blood, upper and lower, interior and exterior. Therefore, it should take advantage of the pivot to regulate the both sides of pathogenesis to treatment of the disease in clinical. Its application attached great importance to regulating Qi by using the lifting and lowering drugs.4The Conception and Characteristics(1) Conceptual Category of He Therapeutic Method. This study proposed the connotation and extension, which read as follows:It is using the methods of’Reconciliation between Interior and Exterior’and Regulating. In addition, it is taking into account of the Shu Ji between the two sides of physiological and pathological, and then adjusts the body functions so as to keep the human body in balance and coordination. It needs to use the gentle drugs. It includes ’reconciliation between interior and exterior’methods and regulating methods.’Reconciliation between Interior and Exterior’methods:①Regulating Half-interior and Half-exterior of Shao-yang,②Opening the Space Outside the Viscera in the Neighborhood of the Stomach with Aromatic Drugs;③Keep the Functions of Nutriment and Defense Energy in Balance.Regulating methods:①Regulating between Zang and Fu;②Regulating Circulation of Qi and Blood;③Regulating Cold and Heat.(2) The Characteristics of He Therapeutic Method. The Characteristics of He Therapeutic Method, includes regulating up and down, interior and exterior, Yin and Yang, qi and blood, nutriment energy and defense Energy, cold and heat. It uses the ’Reconciliation between Interior and Exterior’ Methods and Regulating Methods. In addition, the drugs are gentle. 5Researches on the Clinical Application(1)’Reconciliation between interior and exterior’methods①Regulating Half-interior and Half-exterior of Shao-yangAs the junction of superficies-interior, Yin-Yang and the pivot of San-yang, Shao-yang is related to gallbladder and San-jiao. The main prescriptions are Xiao Chai Hu decoction and Hao Qin Qing Dan decoction②Opening the Space outside the Viscera in the Neighborhood of the Stomach with Aromatic DrugThe space outside the viscera in the neighborhood of the stomach is half-interior and half-exterior of body. This treatment method is represented by Da Yuan decoction.③Keep the Functions of Nutriment Qi and Defense Qi in BalanceDisharmony between nutrition Qi and defensive Qi is mainly characterized by insomnia and sweating. The prescription is represented by Gui Zhi decoction which can harmonize the nutrition Qi and defensive Qi(2) Regulating Methods①Regulating between Zang and FuHarmonizing the Liver and Spleen Prescription of harmonizing the liver and spleen mainly applied to liver stagantion and spleen deficiency, and hyperactivity of the liver and Insufficiency of thespleen deficiency. Si Ni power and Xiao Yao San is the main representative prescription.Harmonizing the Liver and the Stomach Prescription of harmonizing the liver and stomach is represented by Er Chen Tang and Zuo Jin Wan. It mainly applied to the disharmonizing the liver and the stomach caused by liver qi inwading stomach.Harmonizing the Spleen and Stomach Spleen dominates ascending, while the stomach dominates descending. The two organs work in harmony to guarantee a normal ascending and descending function. Therapeutic efforts should aim at ascending and descending with pungent and bitter. In clinical, cold-heat complicated in Middle-Jiao is treated by harmonizing the cold and heat of spleen and stomach. It mainly represented by Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction and Huang Lian Xie Xin decoction. Keep the Heart Fire and the Kidney Yin in Balance Abnormal ascent and descent of the heart fire and the kidney and water is treated by keep the heart fire and the kidney yin in balance and communicating with each other. The prescriptions are Huang Lian E Jiao decoction and Jiao Tai Wan.②Regulating Circulation of Qi and BloodIt means regulating the circulation of Qi and Blood with each other. It includes Promoting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation, and Nourishing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation.Promoting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation The treatment is mainly for the syndromes of stagation of qi and blood stasis. The prescription is Xue Fu Zhu Yu decoction.Nourishing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation The treatment is mainly for the syndromes of blood stasis due to deficient qi. The prescription is Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction.③Mildly Regulating Cold and HeatClearing Upper and Warming Lower This method is mainly for the treatment of syndrome of upper cold and lower heat. The method mainly represented by Huang Lian decoction and Gan Jiang Huang Qin Huang Lian Ren Shen decoction.Clearing Heat and Warming Middle This method is mainly for the treatment of syndrome of syndromes of intermingled heat and cold, deficiency and excess. It is mainly represented by Wu Mei Wan.He Therapeutic Method, is widely used in clinical. In this part, the medical records were discussed too. It analyzes11basic treatment methods of He Therapeutic Method. by selecting24representative cases. From the angle of disorder of "Shu Ji", elucidating the clinical application of laws and rules of He Therapeutic Method..In summary, through the study of He Therapeutic Method., this thesis revealed its basic principle and theoretical core, concept, conceptual category, and application characteristics. It is constructed the theoretical framework as well. |
