Background and aim Research shows that drinking and many physical diseases, mental illness and social damage are closely related. With the increase in human alcohol consumption, excessive drinking lead to social, psychological, physical and other problems which have a serious impact on human health. In 2000, many developed countries have established drinking patterns and related issues of the investigation and monitoring systems. February 2006, the World Health Organization submitted to the Chinese Government,"the West Pacific region plan to reduce alcohol harm", the report believe that the Chinese people in drink volume, the drink environment and consumption volume every year of a serious health hazard. Therefore, In China, through a Series of scientific assessment system and methodology to understand Chinese people's health status of alcohol, with a scientific approach to investigate domestic drinking status, and draw reasonable conclusions, Comparing with the conclusions of the WHO,At present, many diseases caused by drinking was certified, the incidence rate of alcoholic liver disease is high, the hazard is great. on alcoholic fatty liver disease, awareness of People about the seriousness and harm is inadequate. The development of modern medicine has gradually entered a"genomic medicine"era, the human genome medicine is the most important contribution to"forecast Medicine"and"individual health",in the cleavage of fertilized eggs, embryos period, fetal period, infant and early childhood or early onset of the individual, which can analysis to genetic material directly or indirectly change and to identify the disease gene (structural abnormalities or dysfunction) or the risk of gene carriers, which is a science of carrying out effective disease prevention and treatment. DNA chip high-throughput features which can quickly and accurately draw the necessary information in order to achieve the susceptible population of alcoholic liver disease rapidly and accurately forecast. Methods A questionnaire was used to collect data on"healthy diet of urban and rural residents in Dehui, Jilin Province", using a random sampling method. 6,043 permanent residents aged over 18 were involved in the survey. Physical examination was done and blood samples were collected from a total of 3,815 attendants. Alcohol consumption and the impact of alcohol on the liver function, blood lipids, blood pressure and body mass index have been evaluated. ALD prevalence and its relation with age, drinking volume, drinking age and other risk factors have been analysed.Using Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 5.0 chips on 120 cases of ALD whole genome SNPs-point screening, and the metabolism of alcohol was associated with ALD analysis. Results The valid questionnaires of epidemiological survey is 6,043. drinking rate of samples is 35.0 percent, The drinking rate of rural residents is 41.89 percent ,and of urban residents, drinking rate is 30.65 percent. Drinking alcohol on average daily alcoholic intake is 36.97±48.76g, the total alcoholic intake is 297.90±506.52kg, the average drinking age is 19.21±11.34 years, it is confirmed that drinking is a widespread social behaviour in China, male drinking rate is 64.4 percent; female drinkers was 4.39 percent, male alcohol ic consumption is still the main crowd in China. With the increase of alcoholic intake, on average,γ-GT, AST, ALT, MCV, Chol, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c and BP increased gradually,γ-GT, AST, ALT, MCV, Chol, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, and blood pressure and daily alcoholic intake was positively correlated , daily alcoholic intake and BMI, alcoholic consumption had no relevance. Abnormal rate Lipids of liver function, BMI and MCV had a statistical significance in the non-drinking crowd and the drinking crowd, and the prevalence of hypertension showed no statistical significance in two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that region, age,γ-GT, Chol, AST, ALT, and the MCV which is closely related to drinking. the prevalence rate of ALD is 3.98 percent in drinking population, the drinking prevalence rate is 11.76 percent and the prevalence of alcoholist alcohol is 44.517 percent. With the increasing of age, the prevalence rate of ALD is gradually increasing, the highest is in the 41-50 age group stage, with the increase of daily alcoholic intake and extension of the drinking age, the ALD prevalence rate increased gradually. Logistic regression analysis showed that the SBP,γ-GT, LDL-c, AST and the volume of alcoholic intake which are closely related to the occurrence of ALD. Han Chinese population in the North have a total of 10 SNPs with ALD-related sites, including six SNPs sites closely related with ALD.Conclusion The drinking rate of Dehui, Jilin province was intermediate level in China. The level ofγ-GT, AST, MCV will be a facilitate index for dangerous drinking. ALD the prevalence rate is same with other of survey in China. It is also showed that the SBP,γ-GT, LDL-c, AST and daily alcohol intake were closely related to the occurrence of ALD. This experiments used the standard epidemiological investigation firstly in Dehui City of Jilin Province, we carried on survey, statistics and analysis of drinking and risk factors related to the ALD. To understand the consumption of alcohol-related high-risk groups and risk factors; to identify dependability of drinking and disease-related; and to understand the current type of alcohol consumption and its way, the population characteristics of drinkers, and timely accessing representative statistical data of reflecting major drinking and related diseases about the current Dehui City of Jilin Province, this can develop many policies related to health and nutrition, disease prevention and education which can provide scientific accordings for our countries; understanding of the ALD prevalence rate and related risk factors; and lay the further foundation for a nationwide investigation; against the Adh 111522, and others 6 closely related to the sites, customized gene chip to the crowd of ALD and its function of the lower reaches of the study, In the drinking crowd, the forecast, diagnosis and effective treatment of ALDcan lay the foundation for its extensive conduction.
